(Psalms 121:1-2) I will lift up my eyes to the hills- From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth.
(詩篇121:1-2) 私は丘に向かって目を上げよう。私の助けは天と地を造られた主から来る。

Do you know that God is concerned about your life? He is interested in every detail and issue in your life. He is more than ready to give you the help you require at any point in your life when you ask Him. The Psalmist declared in our theme verse that he lifts his eyes unto the hills- this means he seeks help from God and God alone. It also means He is focused on Him who can grant him help. The rest of this Psalm continues to say that God will ensure that the feet of those who focus on and seek help from Him would not be moved (Psalms 121:3). He also said that God will protect such ones from all evil (Psalms 121:4-8). Don’t live in confusion and try looking for help from a man first. No! Focus on Him alone; He will help you for sure. When you focus on Him, He can use anyone to help you. Halleluyah! Pray fervently in the spirit and declare that from today you are looking unto Him alone for help.
神があなたの人生に関心を寄せておられることを知っているだろうか。神はあなたの人生のあらゆる細部や問題に関心を持っておられる。あなたが神に求めるとき、神はあなたの人生のどの時点においても、あなたが必要とする助けを与える用意が十二分にある。詩篇の作者は主題の詩の中で、丘に向かって目を上げると宣言している。これは、彼が神、そして神だけに助けを求めていることを意味している。この詩篇の残りの部分は、神に焦点を合わせ、神に助けを求める者の足が動かされないように、神が保証してくださると続けている（詩篇121:3）。また、神はそのような者をあらゆる悪から守ってくださるとも言っている（詩篇121:4-8）。混乱して生きてはいけない。そうではない！神は必ずあなたを助けてくださる。あなたが主に集中するとき、主は誰をも用いてあなたを助けることができる。ハレルヤ！霊において熱心に祈り、今日からあなたは主だけに助けを求めると宣言しなさい。

Confession: I lift up my eyes to the hills- From whence comes my help? My help comes from the Lord, Who made heaven and earth. I am certain about God’s help therefore I look to Him alone for help. He is my Helper. Halleluyah!
告白 私の助けはどこから来るのか？私の助けは天と地を造られた主から来る。私は神の助けを確信しているので、神だけに助けを求める。彼は私の助け主である。ハレルヤ！

Say this if you have never been born again. I declare from today that Jesus Christ is my Lord and I believe that God raised Him from the dead.
まだ一度も生まれ変わったことのない人は、こう言いなさい。私は今日から、イエス・キリストが私の主であり、神が彼を死者の中からよみがえらせたことを信じます。
