(Genesis 49:9) “Judah is a lion's whelp: from the prey, my son, thou art gone up: he stooped down, he couched as a lion, and as an old lion; who shall rouse him up?” 
(創世記49:9) "ユダは獅子の仔である。獲物の中から、わが子よ、あなたは上って行った。"彼は身をかがめ、獅子のように、年老いた獅子のようにくつろいだ。

The New Living Translation (NLT) version of the Bible renders our theme Scripture as “Judah, my son, is a young lion that has finished eating its prey. Like a lion he crouches and lies down; like a lioness—who dares to rouse him?” It is interesting how the writer of our theme Scripture compares Judah to a young lion, an adult male lion (lion), and a female lion (lioness). The success of lions in their domain is attributed to their power, bravery, courage, strength, fearlessness, and ferocity. Lionesses are generally smaller and lighter than adult male lions but are more agile and faster. They are great defenders of their family. Finally, the whelp or young lions are the ones in their season of learning and adaptation to life in the jungle.

It is interesting to see the writer of our theme Scripture describe the strengths of Judah in relation to a lion, a lioness, and a cub. Jesus Christ is the lion, strength, and endurance of the tribe of Judah (Revelation 5:5). The day you made Jesus Christ your Lord was when He imparted His strength, power, and endurance into you through the personality of the Holy Ghost (Romans 8:11). There is a strength in you that can drive all demons that are existing today and would ever come on the earth out of this earth. It’s the strength of Jesus Christ that is in you now. Use it to your advantage as you drive devils out of your sphere of operation in prayer. Halleluyah!

Confession: Jesus Christ has become my strength, endurance, and power. With His presence in me, I demonstrate the strengths of a lion, lioness, and a cub altogether. Therefore no demon or situation in this life will be man enough to stand before me. Everything falls for my sake. I am a champion forever.
