(1 Samuel 17:51) Therefore David ran, and stood upon the Philistine, and took his sword, and drew it out of the sheath thereof, and slew him, and cut off his head therewith. And when the Philistines saw their champion was dead, they fled.　
(サムエル記上17:51) そこで、ダビデは走ってペリシテ人に立ちかかり、その剣を取り、その鞘から抜いて、彼を殺し、その首をそれで切り落とした。ペリシテ人は王者が死んだのを見て逃げ去った。

The Bible records that there came a time when the Philistines gathered their armies together to battle, and were gathered at Sochoh, which belongs to Judah. At that time, King Saul (the King of Israel at that time) and his men also gathered and encamped in the Valley of Elah and drew up in battle array against the Philistines. The Philistines stood on a mountain on one side, and the Israelites stood on a mountain on the other side, with a valley in between them. The champion of the Philistines named Goliath came from amongst the Philistines and threw a challenge to the Israelites. He said, “Why have you come out to line up for battle? Am I not a Philistine and you the servants of Saul? Choose a man for yourselves and let him come down to me. If he can fight with me and kill me, then we will be your servants. But if I prevail against him and kill him, then you shall be our servants and serve us.” At that moment, Saul and his men were scared but at the same time, God had prepared a savior in the person of David.　
聖書には、ペリシテ人が戦いのために軍を集め、ユダに属するソチョに集結したときがあったと記録されている。そのとき、サウル王（当時のイスラエル王）とその兵も集まってエラの谷に宿営し、ペリシテ人と戦うために陣を敷いた。ペリシテ人は一方の山に立ち、イスラエル人は他方の山に立ち、その間に谷があった。ペリシテ人の中からゴリアテというペリシテ人の王者が出てきて、イスラエル人に挑戦状をたたきつけた。彼は言った。私はペリシテ人、あなた方はサウルのしもべではないか。自分たちのために一人の男を選び、私のもとに降りて来させなさい。もし彼が私と戦い、私を殺すことができれば、私たちはあなたがたのしもべとなる。しかし、もし私が彼に勝って彼を殺すなら、あなたがたは私たちのしもべとなって、私たちに仕えることになる」。その瞬間、サウルとその部下たちは怯えたが、同時に神はダビデという救い主を用意されていた。

David, being full of the power of God rose to the occasion and challenged Goliath with these words, “You come to me with a sword, with a spear, and with a javelin. But I come to you in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom you have defied (1 Samuel 17:1-50). Do you know that Jesus Christ is the Lord of Hosts, the God of the armies of Israel? Yes, He is for the totality of the Godhead dwells in Jesus (Colossians 2:9). Long story short, David killed Goliath with a stone. The stone entered the skull of Goliath and dismantled him. Today, as you pray, anyone who represents Goliath in your life will fall for your sake. Hallelujah!　
神の力に満ちたダビデは、その場に立ち上がり、ゴリアテにこう挑んだ。しかし、私は、万軍の主、すなわち、あなたが逆らったイスラエルの軍勢の神の御名によって、あなたのもとに来たのだ（サムエル記上17:1-50）。イエス・キリストが万軍の主、イスラエルの軍勢の神であることを知っているだろうか。そうです、イエスのうちに全神格が宿っておられるのです（コロサイ2:9）。長い話になるが、ダビデは石でゴリアテを殺した。その石はゴリアテの頭蓋骨に入り、彼を解体した。今日、あなたが祈るとき、あなたの人生においてゴリアテを象徴する者は誰でも、あなたのために倒れるだろう。ハレルヤ！

Confession: By my prayers, the Goliath in my life has fallen. Just as the anointing of David killed Goliath, the anointing on my prayer life has killed anyone who represents Goliath in my life. No more restrictions! No more hinderances by the power of the Holy Ghost and in the name of Jesus. Hallelujah!
