What I experienced at a restaurant (#4)
Visited a steak restaurant.
I believe it was the second time visiting this restaurant.
Their service feels worse than the last time I visited.
Service
Everything was slow.
Things that seemed normal were the guidance to our seat, the check, and water preparation.
After we ordered our food, it took around 30~40 minutes for our food to come even though it looked like anyone can cook within 10minutes.
The BGM was loud; it was even hard to listen to what the person next to me said.
To manage the cleanliness, the hall staff wore plastic gloves and masks.
Taste
It was good.
However, if it takes 30~40minutes to cook, I would never revisit this restaurant.
It wasn’t good enough for a 30~40 minutes wait.
Atmosphere
I visited the restaurant around noon.
The age group felt wide since there were mother friends, parents with their children, colleagues, and an elderly couple.
I believe the restaurant had a concept of an oversea.
Nutrition Facts
They didn’t know.
I searched their website, but they didn’t post the information.
Our service, “WhaFood,” is a service that displays the nutrition facts and allergy information of the dishes served in a restaurant and also translates the menu from Japanese to English (vice versa).
