The Rolling Stonesのファーストアルバム。こちらはアメリカ向けにリリースされた作品であり、収録曲と収録順が微妙に違うので別作品として考える。全英では1位、全米では11位を記録した。
イギリス版と同じくほとんどがカヴァー曲になっている。全米でのデビュー曲になった「Not Fade Away」は全米版のみに収録。すでにストーンズらしいロックサウンドが垣間見える曲。
