感動と学び：新春の席からのメッセージ

皆さん、おはようございます。

先日、私は非常に学び深く、感銘を受ける瞬間を経験しました。その瞬間の感動は、心の奥底に響き渡り、涙が止まりませんでした。今日は、その学びを共有させていただきたいと思います。

私は現在、経営者としての役割を果たすため、リーダーとしても成長を続けていくために日々、自分自身との闘いがあり、ボランティアマネージメントにおいてどのように経営者として社会と日本に貢献できるかを学び続けています。

私の成長と活動への支えとなっているのは、何よりもメンバー、地域の行政機関、地域の企業、そして私が困難な瞬間に支えてくれる先輩方、恩師の皆様です。皆様の協力とサポートに心から感謝申し上げます。

先日、SBIホールディングス株式会社の代表取締役会長兼社長である北尾吉孝先生の講演に参加しました。この講演は経済産業省の後援を受けて行われたもので、その内容は非常に感銘深いものでした。

北尾先生は東日本大震災の際にも事前に時を読み、的確な未来を予測し、方針を示されました。その時から私は北尾先生に対する尊敬の念を抱いており、この日、同じ場所で同じ空気を共有し、北尾先生から今年の年相や、縁と善の好循環を活かす方法について学べることに心の底から 喜びを感じています。

北尾先生は日本経済を先頭で牽引されている方でありながら、非常に謙虚であり、愛に溢れています。最終的にリーダーシップは人間力にかかっていることを学ばせていただきました。また、どのような道を選ぼうと、徳を積む人は時折導かれることもあるということを感じました。

これからの時代には、個人、団体、行政、企業が連携し、未来を切り開いていく必要があります。私たちのプロジェクトであるOHAOプロジェクトは、社会問題に立ち向かい、志を共有する仲間たちとともに未来に向かって歩んでいます。

私たちは、困難な時代においても良い循環を生み出す発想で、社会と協力して一歩一歩、リーダーとして、経営者として、そして個人として、より良い未来に貢献できるよう努力しようと肝に銘じる新春の学びの席でした。

このような深い学びの席を作ってくださったパッションリーダーズさまに、心から感謝申し上げます。また、このパッションリーダーズとのご縁はOHAOプロジェクトの活動にご関心を寄せてくださった方との出会いでもありました。一歩踏み出していなければ出会えなかった人たちと共に、良い未来のために学び続けたいと考えています。

Inspiration and Learning: A Message from the New Year Gathering

Hello Everyone,

I hope you're all doing well.

Recently, I had a profoundly enlightening experience that deeply moved me. The impact of that moment resonated within the depths of my heart, bringing tears of emotion to my eyes. Today, I'd like to share the lessons I learned during this experience.

Currently, I am playing the role of a business leader, striving to grow as a leader and continuing to learn how I can contribute as a businessperson to both society and Japan. Every day, I engage in a battle with myself, facing challenges and striving to understand how to leverage my role in volunteer management for the betterment of society.

I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to the members of our team, local government agencies, regional businesses, and the mentors who have supported me during difficult times. Your support and assistance mean the world to me.

Recently, I had the privilege of attending a lecture by Mr. Yoshitaka Kitao, the Chairman and CEO of SBI Holdings, Inc. This lecture was held with the support of the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry and left a profound impact on me.

During the Great East Japan Earthquake, Mr. Kitao demonstrated remarkable foresight by reading the signs and accurately predicting the future course of events. Since that moment, I have held deep respect for Mr. Kitao. On the day we shared the same space and breathed the same air, learning from him about this year's outlook, the cycle of connections, and how to harness the positive flow of circumstances, I felt an immense joy.

Despite being a prominent figure at the forefront of Japan's economy, Mr. Kitao remains remarkably humble and radiates compassion. I learned that true leadership is rooted in one's character. Furthermore, I felt that individuals who cultivate virtue may sometimes find themselves guided by unexpected circumstances.

In the times ahead, collaboration between individuals, organizations, government bodies, and businesses will be essential to shaping our future. Our project, the OHAO Project, stands as a testament to this. We tackle societal challenges and move forward with like-minded individuals towards a brighter future.

We believe in the power of innovative thinking to create positive cycles even in challenging times. As we cooperate with society, step by step, we aim to make contributions as leaders, businesspeople, and individuals for a better future.

This enlightening experience was made possible by Passion Leaders, and I am deeply grateful for that. Moreover, this connection with Passion Leaders has also led to encounters with those who share an interest in the activities of the OHAO Project. I look forward to learning and growing together with those individuals, who I might never have met had I not taken that initial step.
