全国新種鑑評会での県内最多の金賞受賞蔵
であり、国家検定資格の酒造一級技能士5名を
始めとした卓越した技術集団としても有名です。
政府認定米麦集荷業者として、また、
米の等級検査も実施している全国で唯一の
酒蔵です。工場にあるような巨大な機械には
驚きました！

すごい酒蔵さんなのに、訪問者の私にとても
良くしていただき感謝すると共に、
酒蔵のみなさんも明るくフレンドリーで、
10代からベテランのチームワークの良さに感動！
