When people gather, you can’t go wrong with some delicious food and a great bottle of sake!
For my home party from noon, I knew we’d be making takoyaki and yakisoba, but the potluck dishes were a mystery until the guests arrived.
That’s why I, Tochigi Ambassador, went with “Sohomare”, a crisp, dry sake from Tochigi that pairs well with just about anything.
Sohomare Sake Brewery was founded in 1872 and is now run by the fifth generation.
Everyone left with full stomachs and happy hearts. Even though many of us were meeting for the first time, the party lasted well into the night!

お腹も満たされ、お酒で気持ちもほぐれ
初めて同士の人が多かった会ですが、
