EFFECT OF THOUGHT ON CIRCUMSTANCES

思考が状況に及ぼす影響

MAN'S mind may be likened to a garden, which may be intelligently cultivated or allowed to run wild;

人間の心は庭に例えることができます。庭は知的に耕すことも、野放しにすることもできます。

but whether cultivated or neglected, it must, and will, bring forth. If no useful seeds are put into it, then an abundance of useless weed-seeds will fall therein, and will continue to produce their kind.

しかし、耕そうが放置しようが、必ず芽を出します。有用な種を蒔かなければ、役に立たない雑草の種がたくさんそこに落ちて、その種を生み続けるでしょう。
