訳例
そして、私達がそれ（心の平和）を見つけて、自分自身と共に育てると、それは外へ向かって放出されます。

and then：　そして
nurture：　育てる
radiate：　放出する、出る、発散する
outward：　外側へ

接続詞の「once」
「once」にはいろいろな意味があります。
　副詞として使われる場合は、「かつて」「以前は」「一回」、名詞として使われる場合は「一回」などの意味を持ちますが、接続詞として使われる場合は、「once＋文」の形で「いったん～すると」「～するとすぐに」といった意味になります。
　
「今日の英語」でも「once」が接続詞として使われています。
