LIFE IS GROOVE

It was amazing...

I had no idea that RIZE's KenKen was in a funk band, but (shame) I didn't expect him to play such solid funk...


Feeling as satisfied as if I had watched Bootsy Collins, James Brad Ulmer, Maceo Parker, Jacopus, and Red Chili all at once.




KenKen performed LIFE IS GROOVE for the first time in two years at Nakasu JAZZ, which is an autumn tradition (though it was as hot as a steaming bath this year).

There are several venues throughout the city every year, and many artists and bands perform, but the fees are free!

I'll buy some goods and put the money towards next year's funds 🤭

It's a great event in Fukuoka 😁

Finally got to watch LIFE IS GROOVE


I drank beer, bought a T-shirt, and contributed a little to the event 😸


Nakasu jazz! ! LIFE IS GROOVE was awesome! !

They're like a Dragon Ball band, playing solos like that after two years! !

It was my first time seeing the Shibata Trio, and I was impressed! !

The keyboard is really beautiful! !

It's my first time going to Nakasu Jazz, but it's a great festival.
