しりしり？！
にんじんしりしりは、沖縄県の郷土料理である。「しりしり」という言葉は「千切り」という意味の沖縄の方言。にんじんしりしりは日常的な家庭料理として沖縄県全域で食されている。スライサー（千切り器）で細くおろした人参と卵を炒めて調味料で味付けした料理。沖縄の家庭で手軽に作られている。「しりしり」というのは繊切りという意味の沖縄方言である

The pasta with carrots that Toshinao Sasaki @sasakitoshinao talked about on voice at the end of the year was extremely simple, but it was the most delicious thing I've eaten in a while... I added cumin halfway through to change the taste, and it was also delicious.
