🌊「カリブ海屈指の透明度を誇る美しい海にボートを出した桝。潜ってみるとそこには見渡す限り海草が広がる“海の草原”がありました。その広さは関東地方の3倍近い、最大9万2000平方キロメートル！海草は二酸化炭素を吸収し炭素を貯留します。こうした海の生態系に取り込まれた炭素は“ブルーカーボン”と呼ばれ、私たちが普段はあまり気にとめない海草が、実はいま温暖化防止の切り札として世界で注目されています。」🌊
