自由が丘女神まつり

I really had a wonderful time in Tome yesterday.

Everyone, both the organizers and the people in town, were so beautiful and kind that I didn't want to go back to Tokyo lol.


Well, I'm currently returning from Tome on the Shinkansen, and I'm going to the Jiyugaoka Goddess Festival.

Jiyugaoka Goddess Festival, what they're doing is seriously crazy!

It was so exciting and so much fun!

We had a great time with KenKen, Gachitan Oishi-kun, and Lina, and there were so many childhood friends and relatives in the audience that I cried🥳

8つある自由が丘のイベントの中でも最大のものである[1]。名称は自由が丘駅前広場にある「蒼穹の像」の通称「女神像」にちなむ[2]。1973年の第1回から2010年の第38回まで継続して開催されている。



鉄道の利便性が高く城南地区を代表する住宅街[7]であるとともに、自由が丘周辺は遠方から訪れる人も多い繁華街で、雑誌などのアンケート調査では「住みたい街」として上位に名を連ねる[6]。


有名パティシエが手がける洋菓子店（パティスリー）が集積したスイーツ激戦区として知られ、日本製モンブラン発祥の店も位置する[8][9]。街並みはヨーロッパ的といわれており、特に女性に人気のある街という意見もあ
る。

It is the largest of the eight Jiyugaoka events [1]. The name comes from the popular name ``Goddess Statue'' of the ``Blue Sky Statue'' in Jiyugaoka Station Square.[2] It has been held continuously from the first time in 1973 to the 38th time in 2010.



Jiyugaoka is one of the most convenient residential areas in the Jonan district [7], with convenient railway access, and the area around Jiyugaoka is a downtown area that attracts many visitors from far away, ranking it among the top ``places to live in'' in magazine surveys. [6].


It is known as a competitive area for sweets, with a concentration of Western confectionery shops (patisseries) run by famous pastry chefs, and is also home to the shop that produced Japanese Mont Blanc.[8][9] The cityscape is said to be European-style, and some say it is especially popular among women.
