To answer your question, changing or lowering the price of the NFT itself would not incur any gas fees. However, you'll need to cancel the previous listing and there would be a gas fee for the cancelation.

Each time you set up new listings and would like to cancel them, there would be separate charges for the transactions. On the other hand, you may use our "cancel all listings and offers" option which costs less gas.
