[Tokyo] "Ryuichi Sakamoto | Seeing Sound, Hearing Time" 📍 Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo
This groundbreaking large-scale solo exhibition focuses on Ryuichi Sakamoto's exploration of sound and time. Featuring around 10 immersive sound installations, including both new and iconic works, the exhibition dynamically unfolds throughout the museum and its surroundings. Visitors are invited to experience Sakamoto’s innovative approach to placing sound in space and his journey in questioning the nature of time itself.

[Fukuoka] "Celebrating 60 Years of Japan-Korea Relations: The Reality of Korean Art" 📍 Fukuoka Asian Art Museum
This exhibition delves into the realities of Korean art closely tied to its contemporary history and turbulent eras. Featured works include experimental films by Kim Kulim, abstract paintings by Kim Whanki, and politically charged pieces by Hong Seong-dam, reflecting the artists’ engagement with their society and times.

[Kyoto] "Polyphonic Torch" 📍 BnA Alter Museum
Held in the unique stairwell gallery of BnA Alter Museum, Polyphonic Torch brings together five artist groups exploring diverse themes through installations. From replicas of religious art and paper-cutting to monumental structures and the mediation of memory, the exhibition offers a rich, layered dialogue. Enhanced by an artist-led audio guide and an original dub ambient soundtrack, the vertical gallery space becomes a site for multi-voiced interaction.
