   In turn, as President Zelensky said on the evening of the 16th, Ukraine needs its heroes back alive, while the Azov Regiment was attacking and defending itself against the 10 Regiments of the invasion army, the 227th Battalion, 127 Brigade, Halykiu Defense Army, successfully retook the second city of Halykiu, which means that the invasion army failed to expand its occupied territory in the east.

   Japanese military researchers and critics have pointed out that it would be difficult to retake not only the Crimean peninsula but also Luhanshik, Donetsk, Savoryeva, and Hellenic oblasts. However, this point depends on how one perceives the current situation in which the country is being unilaterally invaded by a power whose military power is estimated to be ten times greater than its own, its citizens are being massacred and occupied for all manner of war crimes, and its Russification is being promoted. Now that it has become clear that Ukraine's position will be reversed with full military assistance from Europe and the United States, the extent to which it will be able to regain its territory will depend entirely on the will of the Ukrainian people and the political decision of President Zelensky.
   President Zelensky's decision to remove the invading forces from all Ukrainian territory, including the Crimean Peninsula, which was illegally occupied in 2014, is also a strong statement of intent by President Biden and NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg to cooperate fully until that goal is achieved.  A peace agreement after that is achieved would be the best and highest restoration measure for Ukraine, which has been invaded and forced to suffer immeasurable damage and pain. The freedom- and peace-loving world needs to support them to that extent.
   In the discussions within NATO, it was announced on January 18 that the retaking of the Crimean Peninsula and the Donbass region, which are under the effective control of pro-Russian forces, is possible as long as Ukraine continues to fight. This achievement is absolutely essential for the future world peace.

   The first is to absolutely abide by the "prohibition of changing the status quo by force," which was born out of the reflections of the 20th century.
