[12/20]おすすめのカフェではなく、、、
学校が終わったこの日、ずっと気になっていたお店に行ってまいりました。
そうそれがこちらのカフェです…………….といきたいところですが違います。
そうそれがこちら栄養ドリンク専門店でございます。
プロテインやBCAAはすでに買っていたので、何も買わずただ面白いものがないか探しに行っただけでした。
しばらくお店を見て回っていると、やはりマチョの店員さんがおそらく「何かお探しですか」と話しかけてくれました。運動前に身体を目覚めさせるプレワークアウトが気になっていたのでどこにあるのか尋ねたところ、マンゴー味のものをお勧めしてくれました。日本にいたときにアイハーブで買ったことがあるものがいくつか置いてあり、日本で買うよりも少し安かったです。
続いて、この前買ったプロテインが不味かったので、美味しい味のものを聞いたところ、1杯33gのプロテインを摂取できるキャラメル味のものを教えてくれました。大体1杯22gのものが一般的だと思っていたので、今のがなくなったら買ってみようと思います。（ちなみにマチョ兄さんも飲んでるとのことでした。）
マチョ兄さんが丁寧に色々と教えてくれるため、英語の勉強も兼ねて運動中に飲むのはBCAAかEAAどちらが良いか聞いたところ、ズバリ「それはお金の無駄だよ」とのお言葉をいただきました。代わりにお勧めされたのが、ポカリ等の電解質ドリンクです。一番肝心な理由は、あまちゃんイングリッシュの自分には聞き取れなかったとです…これも今度試してみたいです。
ということで、何も買わないつもりがプレワークアウトを購入しました。
おまけに15%も割引してくれてさらにおまけにシェイカーもつけてくれました…ちょうど欲しかったので、ありがとです。やはりマチョは身体だけでなく心も広いのだと思いました。
アツタクさんも帰るころにはマチョになっているだろうか。いやそんなはずはない。
I finally went to the store where I’ve been curious for a long time after school. That is not a cafe but a speciality store for energy drink.
I’ve already bought protein and BCAA, so I was just looking for something interesting. While browsing the store for a while, a stuff asked me if you were looking for something. I was curious about pre-workout drink so I asked him where it was and he recommended me a mango flavour one. There are some items I saw on iherb and they are little cheaper than buying them in Japan.
Then, I asked him which protein was good flavor because the one I bought at the last time was not good. He told me the flavor of caramel one that provide 33g of protein per serving. I generally thought that around 22g per serving was normal. I’m going to try it after I finish drinking protein I bought.
The store clerk thought me a lot of things kindly, so I asked him which is better to drink during the exercise BCAA or EAA, he said to me ‘It’s wasting your money’. Instead of them, he recommended me electrolyte drink like pocari sweat. I couldn’t catch the reason that was the most important thing because my English is not enough to understand what he said. I’ll also try it next time.
I was going to buy nothing but finally i bought pre-workout drink.
He gave me a 15% discount and a shaker that I really wanted.
