4日は家の内見に行って参りました！というのも未だホステル暮らしなのである．ホステルと言いながら同居人はいないため、4人部屋を一人で満喫しておりまする．

内見は今まで何件か行きましたが、どこも都心から近くて、値段が高めのアパートに部屋を2人で共有する形のところばかり探しておりました．というのもそういったアパートにはジムやサウナが備わっているため、魅力に感じてしまってましたのである．今回のところは、都心から30分くらい電車で離れていて、4人とシェアハウスで1人部屋（人読んでプライベートルームと言う）がある家であります．

1人部屋にしては安く週220ドル（2万2千円）でしたので、場所もお値段も良いところでした．そして何よりオーナーが日本好きのベトナム人マダムということで、快く部屋を案内してくれたのです．旦那さんはアイルランド人でフレンドリーなのです．

内見は17時からだったのですが、18時と19時にも他の人の内見予定が入っており、とても人気な物件でした．
しかし、オーナーが日本好きなことやオレ☝️がベトナムに3週間前に旅行に行った話をしたことで仲を深めることができ、その日のうちに部屋の鍵を渡していただいたのである．つくづく人に恵まれてる人生だなあ…

I inspected a house on 4th December because I’m still living in the hostel. Although it’s a hostel, there are no roommates, so I enjoy staying alone in a four-person room.

I’ve ever inspected some houses but I’m only looking for expensive apartments close to the city where two people could share the room because these apartments are equipped with the gym and sauna, which is really attractive for me. The apartment I went today was about 30 minutes away from the city and was a shared house with four persons, and it has privates rooms for each person.

From the perspective of living in a private room, it cost me $220 per a week, which was affordable for me. Moreover, the owner is from Vietnam and she loves Japan, so she kindly showed me around the room and her husband is from Ireland. He is also friendly to me.

The inspection would starts at 17:00. This room was very popular because two inspections was already scheduled. However, I was able to build a good connection with the owner by talking about their love for Japan and my trip to Vietnam three weeks ago. By the end of the day, they gave me the key to the room.
I was blessed with good people in my life.
