Bias broke at the indoor amusement land

Round 1, the famous indoor amusement park in Japan had been the place that is, for a long time, far from my life. Bowling, karaoke, game machines...it seemed to me that those activities are good rather for people who likes to gather and have a fun. As of me, to be honest, bowling and karaoke are two ominous devils for my life. Even If I could get 100 dollars to get to karaoke, I won't got. And if I could deny to go karaoke by giving 100 dollars, I will. As of bowling, the negotiation price goes donw to 50 dollars. Anyway, the hell is a hell. So the Round 1 had been a devil's island for me. Scaring, disgusting place. But lately, this time, I was to get there. And to my surprise, no way, I had a fun.

The reason why I went to such a horrible place was my wife's proposition. At first, hearing her invitation, I was kind of in a mood like a wet paper bag that a dog dragged from some dirty alley between the dirty buildings. I mean, I wanted to say No. But my kid wanted to go there. So it went, the thing had been fixed, not considering my complicated hesitation. All the way down driving to the horrific facility, I secretly hoped that some unexpected incident happened and the facility had been shut down. In-spite of my pray, the huge building was welcoming with a huge bowling pin object.

After walked through the gate of playland, the mood of me was going to change. At first, I was amazed to find at the big round rink on which people wearing rollerblades were skating around. And the music started, rollerblades got out of rink, there came mini-road bikes with little kids riding on. What's all these things? Rollerblades and road bikes? Asided my confusion, my wife took her son to the kid's place. It's a huge playful empire. Long and winding slides, climb passes, high structured gym, ball pool, bouncy place, rubber ball cannon...there is also a course where kids can drive a motor cars. He played almost an hour especiall had a fun driving a motor car round and round forever. While my wife and son played, I walked around here and there. There were much of activities. Ping-pong tables, billiard tables, darts boards, and bunch of game machines including such a physical game like the soccer's free kick game or basketball's free throw game. Archery, gun shooting, Rodeo machine. Rodeo machine? I never saw such a thing in my life. Besides, there's another floor upward. It's the sports court place. Basketball 3 on 3 cort, futsal court, tennis court, volley ball court. And there were also baseball's pitching machines. Is that all? No. There's even the place where you can ride the Segway's scooters!

After the three hours had passed, which was our time we had, I surprisingly said to myself that I wanted to stay more. I never expected such an amusement out there. After all, bowling and karaoke were just my biased prejudice. Maybe, the Round 1 itself have been developed, modernized through all these years, too, while my impression had been fixed, stayed, and getting being old fashioned. So this visiting became a nice update for me. The bias only can be broke by the external pressure.
