CNP 形代の確定ミントは今日まで、明日は早押し（12/24）

今日までの参加条件となっている。
ふるさとCNPの寄付も年内いっぱい受け付けている。
自分でアフィリエイトリンクを発行してセルフバックも可能。
実質負担額2,000円のところ3,000円もらえる。
CNPフレンズではふるさとCNPのキャラクター数に合わせた歩数ボーナスがつく。
キャラクターを集めてもらう楽しみもある。

形代確定ミント


1479/2000のミントとなっている。
ガス代も落ち着いているタイミングなのでAL保有者でミントしてない方はぜひミントして欲しい。
余った分は25日の12時〜AL保有者のみの早押し。
一人当たり最大2枚までミントできる。
形代を使ったバー忍は人気個体に成り上がるチャンス。
自分のパッとしないCNPキャラクターを交換するチャンス。
マカミの時は早押しをしなかった。
欲しい人に権利の提供をしていきたいと考えている。

バー忍開始：28日〜2週間弱。
早い者勝ちではないのでゆっくりやってほしい。

今回のフィギュアは素体でリリースしているのでデコレーションしてもらうのも楽しみのひとつ。

オーナー数が増えていく仕掛け
今後作っていきたいと感じている。

将来ホルダーになってくれる人に対し、どういう経路で入ってきてどうホルダーになってくれるのか？の設計を進めていきたい。
リリースにあたり当時進めていたカスタマージャーニー
みんなでCNPを作り、コアで作り上げた人にCNPを配布した。
作る工程を見てくれた人が中心となり二次流通で購入してくれた。
今はそのフェーズが終わっている。
ゼロからどういう流れでCNPオーナーになるところまで持っていけるのか？整備をしていきたいと考えている。
今は仮想通貨投資的なアプローチとして出来そう。
どのプロジェクトを選ぶか？でCNPを選ぶ道は見える。
そのほかのアプローチで新しい人たちが入ってくる投資以外の導線を来年から考えていきたい。【本日30分の短縮スペースのため以上】

We created CNPs together and distributed them to the people who created them in the core.
The people who saw the process of making the product were the core and purchased it through secondary distribution.
Now that phase is over.
What kind of process can we take from zero to the point where people become CNP owners? We are looking to develop the process.
Right now it looks like we can do it as a virtual currency investment approach.
Which project to choose? I can see a way to choose CNP with
We would like to start thinking about other approaches to bring new people in next year, other than investment.
