CNP オロチとクレカとサブスクと（1/27）

CNP個体数に関して

CNPの運営在庫がなくなってきている
完全素体を運営のウォレット内に残していく施策を考えている
コントラクト移行で運営ウォレットがハックされてしまうリスクも減った
新キャラが増えていくと運営ロックが増えていくので、市場流通が減っていく
結果として価格上昇圧力になっていく
計算しながらCNP個体を回していかなくてはならない
運営が扱えるCNPの在庫をどうやって確保していくか
ジェネラティ部内で枯渇対策協力シートを作成した
CNPを運営に売っても良い方向けに案内を開始した
協力してくれる人はシートに書き込みをしておいてほしい
困った時に優先的に声掛けをさせていただく
CNPがなくなっていくと、たくさん持っている人から買わせてもらう
全体的には分散化が進んでいく
マーケットの中に並べていくやり方もある一方で、それ以外の流通経路が生まれていく
当時22,222のボリュームに対して運営が1,000確保していたが、それでも足りない
今となってはもっと確保しておきたかったが、当時の流れからすると難しい

ストップ高で60円
1回購入上限100円制限は明日まで
つまり明日は100円までしかオロチトークンの値段が上がらない
100円をずっと固定のままにしてしまうとちょっと考えどころではある
明日までにしたことで良いこともある
すでに売却をする人も900名ほど出てきている
今日で上限を解禁していると、1,000人くらいの売りが発生していたかもしれない

50円台にホリエトークンがある

サブスクスポンサー

各キャラクターごとにスポンサーを設ける
サブスクのため、月額3万円の設定

☑️購入の一部（10％）毎月オロチトークンがもらえる
→景表法に接触するかもしれないため、弁護士に確認したい
値引き扱いになれば、10％よりも多く付与できる
☑️オロチのキャラクター利用ができる
個別の契約締結・監修が非常にハードルが高い
もっと簡単で良いと感じている
権利として落としていきカジュアルに使えるようにしたい
運営が指定しているスタイルガイドの素材がある
その素材を使った商品の製作販売が可能
1,000万までは契約内に含まれる
サブスクが終了したら販売も終了する
そのため販売継続したい場合はサブスクを継続してほしい

ただ今回のサービスがうまくいけば、CNPとの距離がグッと近くなる

Ninja DAOの活動が広がっていきそう
CNPとしてはやらない？
→ベースはNinja DAOの上に乗っかっている
収益化をしていく事業を立ち上げていくところで、コミュニティに紐づく事業はやらないようにしている
CNPはキャラクターIPとしてのライセンス事業を展開していく
できるだけ外の人たちにアプローチしていく
CNPはNinja DAOの中のプロジェクトのひとつ
どのサービスを使ってもほぼ大差がない
であればCNP・Ninja DAOのサービスを使っても良い
サービスを使うことでNinja DAOとしての活動が拡大できるようになる
