モノリスができたのは5月
トレカの話が持ち上がっていたのは2月だった
CNGと重なってしまう部分があったためCNPとしてFiNANCiEをやるのは難しかった
単なるトークンとして出すのは伸びないと感じた
直前まではバーニンウォーズを軸に考えていたが直前に考え直した
トレカ事業を開始するために目的を変えた
ただしCNPのトークンはプロジェクトを運営していくためのトークンとして活用していく方向には変わりない
運営の立場としてデジタルインセンティブが非常に大きい
モノリスがない状況からだったが、CNPトレカを立ち上げながらCNPのトークンを活動武器として活用していこうと考えた
単純にトレカの開発費用を集めるだけならモノリスが直接やれば良いだけ
ただそうすると枠が小さくなってしまい資金も集まらない
CNGがちょうどゲームを開発するための資金を集めていた
それを真似させてもらい、運営がCNGのように資金を集めてトレカ事業に使うようにした
欲張った設計にしている

  • CNPが盛り上がるとトークン価格が上がること

当初はCNPオーナーに持ってもらうように構想していた
ただ当時はロックアップ機能が外せなかった
CNGが通った道を再び通るわけにはいかないと考え、価格を維持してくれる人を厳選して法人も含めて選んでもらった

FiNANCiEには6,000人が集まっているが、全員がトレカを欲しいと思ってくれる状態になれば強い基盤となる
トークン発行して実際には2,000万（税込）が集まった
200万がトークンとして運営が使う
400万がFiNANCiE手数料
FiNANCiEを運営しているコストを算出しながら残りをモノリスにお渡ししている
CNPトレカのトークンを持っている人には進捗がわかるようになっている
保有量に応じてベータ版の早押し購入に参加できたりした
トークンを持っていることで事業を楽しめていける

後々の話

トレカ転売対策として信頼できる人に渡していきたい
一緒に楽しんでいける仲間の証としてCNPトレカのトークンがある
トークンを持っていることのメリットもすでにわかっていることが大きい
CNPを持っている人がトークンをゲットできるイベントやCNPLandプレイでゲットできるような企画も検討している
CNPコミュニティを活性化していくためにも使っていく
トレカプロジェクトがCNPができていないところを解決していくかもしれない
トレカ事業がうまくいくことでCNPがうまくいくことに繋がっていく
トレカを純粋に楽しんでもらい、結果としてCNPが広がっていくことを願っている
CNPトレカ事業はもっと大資本が大きなIPを活用して参入する世界戦
Web2的な上場を目指していきながらより大きなIPと戦っていく必要がある
モノリスは短期間で会社規模を大きくしていく必要がある
うまくいくとCNPに対して圧倒的なメリットがある
トレカだけではなく、デジタル城下町やCNP絵本も同列にある
みんなで作っていこうと考えている

ライセンス契約

モノリスはライセンス契約を進めている
CNPを使ってビジネスをすることになるため、ライセンス契約料をもらう形になっていく
きちんとまとまり次第報告する
CNPトレカがうまくいくことがCNPの認知だけでなくCNPの収益性向上にもつながる
より大きな体制ができるようになっていける
トークンの2次流通手数料は非常に僅かしか入ってこない
貯まったらどうするか？
現在は保留状態にしている

FiNANCiEの今後

現在は継続
CNPトークンがFiNANCiEを超えて取引できたりすることは白紙状態
状況が整ってくることが優先（法律・市場）
FiNANCiEがまだ新しい人が来やすい状況であればそのままの方が良い
新しい人たちを呼び込む拡大期にある
より参加しやすい状況の方が正しいと感じている

FiNANCiE


The monolith was created in May.
The trending card was being discussed in February
It was difficult to do FiNANCiE as CNP because of the overlap with CNG
We felt that it would not be a stretch to launch it as a mere token.
We had been thinking about Burnin' Wars until right before, but we changed our mind right before.
Changed the purpose to start a trending card business
However, we will continue to use the CNP tokens as tokens to manage the project.

Although we were starting from a situation where we had no monolith, we decided to utilize CNP tokens as a weapon for our activities while launching the CNP Trending Card.
If we simply wanted to raise funds for the development of the Trending Card, Monolith could simply do it directly.

CNG was just raising funds to develop the game.
We were allowed to imitate them, so that the management could collect funds and use them for the trending card business, just like CNG did.
