CNP 岐阜城に等身大？アクリルマカミが登場（9/13）

デジタル城下町


普通のサービスとして提供していき、使いたい人はトークナイズすることでNFT化して行けるように変更する
1：NFTを配る
2：オフチェーンで町民証を配る
QRコードを読み込んでWebサービス上で仮発行→アプリ上で本発行する機能を8月くらいから実装している
アプリを外でダウンロードするのは大変
仮発行だけしてもらい、アプリ上で本発行してもらう
デジタルデータの登録だけでもいいという人も多くいる
所有欲を満たすためにはトークナイズする必要がある
この部分を開発している
今まではお城ごとに1万ごとのコレクションを作っていた
今回のタイミングでコントラクト移行を行う
ポリゴンチェーンに統一する
お城ごとに一つ一つではなく、一つのコレクションで管理していくように変更していく
NFTを使っていきながらお城好きな人を集めていく
うまくいけばトークナイズしていく考えを今のサービスに置き換えていけそう
CNPフレンズは全く逆
ふるさと納税にも対応できるように開発を進めている
どういう形でデジタル町民を増やしていくか
→フィジカルの取り組みを増やしていく
岐阜城に等身大のアクリルマカミが登場

お城の中に入ってすぐ階段を上がったところに置いている
3階に上がったところに飾ってある織田信長が使っていた（レプリカ）の鎧を着飾っている
岐阜市のパノラマ夜景を推し進めているイベントがある
夕方に岐阜城に登城でき、夜景が見れるイベント
盛り上げのイベントとして登場
デジタル城下町の岐阜城を先行入手できる
マカミの足元にQRコードが置いてある
読み込むと登城記録がされたデジタル城下町町民証がもらえる
信長祭も今後予定されており、続けていくイベントになる予定
岐阜城は年間20万人の人が登城している
岐阜ができたら他のお城でも同じように提案しやすい
下の台座のところにQRコードをつけている
100もお城でできれば視認性も飛躍的に高まる
自治体と連携しながら他のものにもマカミが使ってもらえるようになるかもしれない
展開するお城を増やしていきながら自治体と繋がりを作っていく
うまくいけば他のキャラクターへも波及するかもしれない
制作費は10万円以上かかっている
全てをアクリル化する必要はないかもしれない
自治体の予算ありきではなく展開できることが強みでもある
自治体の予算を使ってより大きくできる
スポンサー第一号の時事通信出版からは、書籍が発売される予定
デジタル城下町の町民証はαUから発売される
スポンサー間での連携も進んできている
CNPトレカについてはCNP絵本や書籍の特典にもなっている
スポンサー同士での繋がりが生まれてきているのは新しい
スポンサーと繋がりたいからCNPのスポンサーにもなる将来も来るかも入れない

Life-size acrylic makami appeared at Gifu Castle

It is placed at the top of the stairs as soon as you enter the castle.
A replica of the armor used by Nobunaga Oda is on display on the third floor.

If Gifu can do it, it is easy to propose the same for other castles

We may be able to get Makami to use it for other things as we work with local governments
