CNP 年末なのでだらだらと話す回（12/30）

法人スポンサー

マーケットから20体購入か、運営保有分から10体購入
運営保有分
法人スポンサーをより大きく展開しようと考えると在庫がかなり少なくなってきていることもあり、どうするかという議論が進んでいる
完全素体を企業スポンサーに持ってもらうことも検討している
在庫補充として、完全素体1体と通常個体2体の交換をしていく企画も過去に行った
ただ、税務上の処理がうまくいかず、難しい
今は価格も落ち着いてきたこともあり、うまくいきそうなアイディアが出てきた
少し検討してみようかと思っている
完全素体のニーズがまだあるのか？も検討したい
雑に扱われてしまうとCNP自体の価値を毀損しそう
ロックをかけてしまうなどの条件も整理も検討する
運営が請求書払いや法人スポンサー枠を拡張していくと、どうやってその枠となるCNPを確保していくか？が課題
ICT
3つのアセットを共有資産とし、磨いていく
コミュニティに携わっていくことでIPが強化されていく
IPもトークンもそれぞれを自前で作るか、接続するか？に分かれる
CNPアカデミア
新しい人がCNPを使って物事を起こしていってほしい
ベンチャーキャピタルはお金を投資する
それ以外の投資方法もあって良いと考えている
いきなりコミュニティに入っていくのはハードルが高い
アカデミーに入り、学んでいくところという入り口を用意していく
どういうことができるか？を学んでいくとCNPの活動に参加しやすくなると考えている
ただどんな体制でやるのか？などまだ未定

CNPとCryptoNinja

CNPというPを盛り上げよう
盛り上がった結果としてCryptoNinjaが盛り上がる
CryptoNinjaのWeb3時代のIPを作る
を作るためにCNP自体を盛り上げていくプロジェクト
CNPが盛り上がっていくことでNFTの価値が高まる
価値が高まることが想像できるので、CNPに人が集まっていく
目指していく目的が同じ方向を向くことになる
CryptoNinjaを盛り上げることを目標にしてしまうと、CNPが盛り上がらないと感じた
最初の10年のかたちづくりをしている最中
あと7年の最中にどこまで行けるか？
11年目どうなっていくか？などはわからない
公共財としてのCryptoNinjaがありながらCNPはどうなっていくか？
分散型組織としてCNPが同じ位置にいると共倒れしてしまう
CNPとしては何をやっていくか？
エコシステムを作っている
公共財：CryptoNinja
CNP：エコシステム
お金がちゃんと回っていく仕組みをCNPとして形を作っていきたい
CNPが自動的にお金が稼いでいくようになればベスト
CNPを回してくれている人・ホルダーに還元されていけば良い
NFTを持っていることで経済の流れの中に入れる
CNPだけではまだ使うには足りない
ICTという形で使ってもらい、価値のあるものに見える
CNPのライセンス契約がどのようにホルダーに還元されていくか？

バイバックシステムなど
流れがたくさん増えていくとよりICTが強くなる

デジタル城下町

町民証を持ってる人が入れるフォーラムにQRコードを設置している
実家に帰省したタイミングなどで町民普及をしてほしい
数には限りがある
できれば使ってない人に読み取ってもらい、ユーザーを増やしたい
年末年始限定のイベントとなっている

CNPの振り返り

絵本試し読み1位

発売になったタイミングでレビューを乗っけてほしい
800点ほど乗っけると1位を取得できる
絵本ナビでも1位を取得できる
ただいきなり上位に入ると変に警戒されてしまう
試し読みのランキングから実際に読んでもらってレビューも上位に来たという流れにしていきたい

Management's holdings.
Discussions are underway on what to do, as the inventory is getting quite low in terms of developing a larger corporate sponsor.
We are considering the possibility of having corporate sponsors hold the complete bodies.
In the past, we have planned to exchange one complete body for two normal bodies to replenish the inventory.
However, it is difficult because of the tax treatment.
Now that prices have settled down, we have an idea that might work.
I'm willing to give it some consideration.
Is there still a need for fully elementary bodies? I'd also like to consider
If it's handled in a messy way, it might damage the value of CNP itself
We will also consider organizing conditions such as locking
If the management expands invoice payment and corporate sponsor quota, how to secure the CNPs that will serve as the quota? is an issue
ICT
3 assets as shared assets and polishing them
IP is strengthened by being involved in the community
IP and tokens can be created or connected by the community. There are two ways to do this
CNP Academia
We want new people to use CNP to make things happen
Venture capitalists invest money
We think there should be other ways to invest
It is a hurdle to join the community out of the blue
We will provide an entry point where people can join the academy and learn.
What kind of things can we do? If people learn what they can do, it will be easier for them to participate in CNP activities.
But what kind of structure will be used? Still undecided.

CNP and CryptoNinja


Let's make CNP, P, more exciting!
CryptoNinja will be promoted as a result of the promotion.
Create IP for CryptoNinja's Web3 era
The project to make CNP itself more exciting in order to create
NFT's value will increase as CNP gains momentum
People will gather at CNP because they can imagine that the value of CNP will increase.
Our goals will be in the same direction
We felt that if we set our goal to make CryptoNinja more exciting, CNP would not become more exciting.
We are in the process of shaping the first 10 years
How far can we go in the next 7 years?
What will happen in the 11th year? I don't know what will happen in the 11th year, etc.
What will happen to CNP with CryptoNinja as a public good?
As a decentralized organization, if CNP is in the same position, we will collapse together.
What will we do as CNP?
We are creating an ecosystem.

CNP: Ecosystem
We want to form a system as CNP in which money can circulate properly
It would be best if CNP can make money automatically
It would be best if the money is returned to the people/holders who are turning CNP around.
Having NFT allows us to be part of the economic flow
CNP alone is still not enough to use it
Get them to use it in the form of ICT and it looks valuable
How will CNP licensing agreements be returned to holders?
Check to Earn program
Buy-back system, etc.
More ICTs will be stronger if there are many more flows

Digital castle town


QR codes are placed in the forum where people with a town resident card can enter.
I would like to see a town citizen dissemination at the timing of going home to parents, etc.
There is a limit to the number.
If possible, we would like to increase the number of users by having people who don't use the system read the codes
This event is limited to the year-end and New Year's holidays

Picture book trial reading No. 1


We want to get reviews on it when it goes on sale.
If you get about 800 points, you can get 1st place
You can also get 1st place in the Picture Book Navigator
But if you suddenly get to the top of the list, people will be suspicious of you.
We would like to have people actually read the book from the trial reading ranking, and then review it at the top of the list.
