8月末まで無料で使える
CNPアバターはカスタムアバターという形で登場している
パーツを組み合わせた形でアバターをカスタムして使える
キャラクターだけでなく声も変えられる
TikTokなどもライブ配信に力を入れている
これをうまく使いながらたくさんのチャンネルに使っていくと良いかもしれない
キャラクターとの接点をどのように増やしていくか
Kn1ght Meetなどのサービスに用意されているCNPを使ってもらい、目にする機会を増やしていきたい
メディアとストーリーからIPを広げていく流れとは別の方法として高頻度で長い時間接触していくことからキャラクターに愛着が湧いて人気が出てくる
他のIPはうまくできないところをいち早くやっていくことは非常に重要

ちゃんとやろうとすると絵本の制作から販売まで500万円くらいかかる
500万を回収できるように進めていく
絵本の上代を1,800円とすると手取り1,080円となり、5,000部売らないといけない

いろんな書店の絵本コーナーは大手の出版社が占領している状況
ゼロからチャレンジしていくことは大変
コミュニティとしての力をうまく活用しながら開拓していく

It might be a good idea to use this for a lot of channels while making good use of it
How to increase contact with characters
We would like to increase the number of opportunities for people to see the characters by having them use CNPs provided by services such as Kn1ght Meet.
As an alternative to the process of expanding IP from media and stories, high frequency and long time contact with the characters will lead to attachment to the characters and make them popular.
It is very important to be the first to do what other IPs cannot do well.

CNP picture book


If we try to do it right, it will take about 5 million yen from the production to the sale of the picture book.
We will proceed so that we can recover the 5 million yen.
Assuming that the book's retail price is 1,800 yen, the take-home pay is 1,080 yen, and we need to sell 5,000 copies.
This is not a service that will be purchased by the community.

The picture book sections of various bookstores are occupied by major publishers
It is difficult to start from scratch
We need to leverage our strength as a community to develop our business.

Applications for frames are also accepted together
The frames will be the ones used in Licensing Japan.
The frames will be specially ordered.
There are two types of frames: a complete version of all types and one that can be filled with three pieces.
Application period: 9:00 p.m. on ~31st
Purchase period: from 10:00 a.m. on the 1st to 6:00 p.m. on the 10th
