CNP 今日は雑談会（10/27）

午後からお城EXPO会場の下見をしてきた。

市況



史上5回目の取扱ゼロ。
リスト：139体（徐々に増加中）
フロア：0.59ETH
おむかえマカミ会などで売り圧力を吸収し、フロア上昇してから一服状況。
トレジャースタンプは1451点販売。

終了時間が10/31の12時までとなる。
LINEのアカウントを認証して保有情報を元に何かできるようになる。
LINE（DOSIウォレット）からAPI情報を提供してもらった。
早速開発に活かしているが、利用がCNPが出しているNFTのみに制限されている。
CNP Toys・CNP Villains・トレジャースタンプ・バーニンウォーズNFTが対象。
LINE NFTを持っていることで専用ディスコードや専用ロールが付与できるようになる。
AL配布
CNPフレンズを使っている人もDOSIウォレットの追加もできるようになる。
持っているものに対して特典付与もできる。
CNPを持っていなくても一部のCNPフレンズ機能が使えるようになる。
導線として
LINE NFTを持っている人はおそらく公式LINEもフォローしてくれている。
CNPフレンズを使えるアナウンスもできるようになっていく。
使えるようになれば数のメリットを生み出すことができる。
3万人いるユーザーが全員使うわけではないが、たくさんの人が使うアプリに生まれ変わる。
LINEアカウントは3.5万人くらい登録している。
LINEアカウントだと送信制限と金額がかかる。
CNPフレンズを使ってくれると無料でプッシュ通知も送れるようになる。

Slothコラボ


まずはリーリーから出てきた。
一緒にやり取りする上で業務が標準化されている。
まださまざまなところに広げていくものだと思っていた。
slothはスケールすることを見越して作っている。
ひとりの人が作っているとスケールしていかない。
その人の稼働に左右されてしまう。
スケールするモデルを作れると高速で広げていける。
slothのファンが買うのではなく、コラボ先が購入する形になっている。
コラボ先のIPが購入してくれるように設計している。

監修業務になる。
IPビジネスを進めていく上では必ず入ってくる業務になる。
✅企画をチェックする
✅クリエイティブチェック
などの手伝いをWeb上で動かす。
クラウドソーシングみたいになっていて、手伝ってくれた人たちで報酬を分ける仕組み。
CNPを持っていると監査業務に携われる。
CNPを使って商品化やタイアップ企画に対して、企画自体のチェックとクリエイティブチェックをするのが主な業務となる。
非承認が過半数を超えると却下となる。
承認されると商品化やタイアップが進み、バケットと契約をして出てきたロイヤリティをホルダーに分けていく。
システムのテスト待ちになっている。
税務・法務はクリアしている。
もらえる金額はETHでもらえる。

稼働はいつから？


11月からを予定していたがもう少し遅れる（年明け？）
まずはテストネットで動かす。
仮の案件に対してチェック業務をして、チェックをしていく。
例えば1ETHの業務請負を10人で請け負うと1人0.1ETHの報酬となる。
クラウドソーシング的な業務を請け負うことで一つエコシステムが生まれる。
外側から仕事を獲得してきて、CNPホルダーに業務を分配できるようになる。
IPの商品価値とNFTの価値が連動してくると考えている。
投資的な要素の配当としてはお渡しできない。
ホルダーは企画フェーズであればアイディアを投げることもできる。
否決することもできる。
例えばルナの業務に関してはルナホルダーのみができる。

業務を受けるためには？


✅人気のキャラクターを所持する
✅ホルダーの数が少ないキャラクターを所持する
✅リーリーはCryptoNinjaからの権利も入ってくるかもしれない。
どのキャラクターが稼げるのかをみていきながら選んでいける。
たくさんのキャラクターを持っている方が有利になってくる。
キャラクターの数も1体よりも最大10体持っている方が配分量も多くなる。
大事なのはIPとしてキャラクターの提供でビジネス化できるのかどうか。
もっと回っていくためにはどうしたらいいか？
第一弾としてライセンシングジャパンがある。
NFTプロジェクトの中心にある価値を何にするか？
外貨を獲得する・外の経済圏と繋がってホルダーに流していきスケールさせていく。

I made a preliminary inspection of the castle EXPO venue in the afternoon.

Zero handled for the 5th time in history.
Listings: 139 (gradually increasing)

Selling pressure was absorbed by Omukae Makamikai and other events, and the situation is pausing after the floor rose.

You will be able to authenticate your LINE account and do something with the information you hold.
API information was provided by LINE (DOSI Wallet).
We are using it for development as soon as possible, but its use is restricted to only NFTs issued by CNP.
CNP Toys, CNP Villains, Treasure Stamps, and Burnin' Wars NFTs are eligible.
Having a LINE NFT will allow for exclusive discord and exclusive rolls to be granted.
AL Distribution
People using CNP Friends will also be able to add DOSI wallets.
They will also be able to grant rewards for what they have.
You will be able to use some CNP Friends features even if you do not have CNP.
As a lead-in
People who have LINE NFT probably follow the official LINE as well.
They will also be able to make announcements that allow them to use CNP Friends.
If it becomes available, it will create a number of benefits.
Not all of the 30,000 users will use it, but it will be transformed into an application that many people will use.
There are about 35,000 registered LINE accounts.
With a LINE account, there are restrictions on sending and the amount of money involved.
If they use CNP Friends, they will be able to send push notifications for free.

Sloth Collaboration


We started out with Leelee.
The work is standardized in communicating together.
We thought it was still to be expanded to different areas.
SLOTH is being built in anticipation of scaling.
If it is made by one person, it will not scale.
It depends on the operation of that person.
If you can make a model that scales, you can expand at high speed.
Sloth's fans do not buy the products, but the collaborators do.
We are designing it so that IPs of the collaborators will buy it.

This is a supervisory business.
This is a necessary part of the IP business.

It is like crowdsourcing, and the reward is divided among the people who help.
If you have CNP, you can be involved in auditing work.
The main work is to check the project itself and creative checks for merchandising and tie-up projects using CNP.
If the number of disapprovals exceeds the majority, the project is rejected.
If approved, the merchandising and tie-ups will proceed, and the royalties that come out of the bucket and contracts will be divided among the holders.
The system is awaiting testing.
Tax and legal matters have been cleared.
The amount of money you get will be given to you at ETH.

When does the operation start?

We were planning to start in November, but it will be a little later (after the new year?)
First, we will run it on a test net.
We will do checking work for temporary projects and check them.
For example, if 10 people undertake 1 ETH work contract, each person will be paid 0.1 ETH.
By undertaking crowdsourcing-like work, an ecosystem is created.
Work can be acquired from the outside and distributed to CNP holders.
We believe that the value of the IP product will be linked to the value of the NFT.
We cannot give it away as a dividend for the investment element.
Holders can pitch ideas if they are in the planning phase.
They can also reject them.
For example, only Luna holders can do this with regard to Luna's operations.

How to receive business?

✅Hold a popular character.
✅Possess a character with a small number of holders
✅Liies may also come in with rights from CryptoNinja.
We can pick and choose as we see which characters earn the most money.
The more characters you have, the better off you will be.
Having up to 10 characters will give you a larger allocation than having only one character.
What is important is whether or not it is possible to turn the provision of characters into a business as IP.
What can we do to make it more widespread?
The first step is Licensing Japan.
What should be the value at the center of the NFT project?
Earn foreign currency, connect with outside economies and flow it to the holder and scale it up.
