CNP 犬山城デジタル城下町について話します（8/31）

市況


コレクションオファーでNFTを手放す動きが顕著。
フロア：0.42ETH
海外ブルーチップは8月中旬が底でやや持ち直している。
1年前から犬山城との提携に関しては進めていき今のタイミングで合意になっている。
企業や行政との連携と、市況との動きは全く別物と切り離してみるべき。

CNPフレンズ

なんのキャラクターを持っているのか分かりやすく見えるようになった。
キャラクターごとに何体持っているとなど一覧がわかるようになる。
ふるさとCNPもキャラクター単位で表示されていく。

✅9月の中旬ごろにはふるさとCNPのキャラクターを持っていると
日曜にポイントブーストされる。
トレジャースタンプは月曜日のブースト予定になる。（点数カウント）
✅ルナのトレジャースタンプは4,440点発売される。
CNPを複数体保有している人もポイント付与ルールが緩和される。
✅（9/15までにできるか不明だが）
2体以降1体ごとに1日の上限ポイントが解放される（上限1万歩）

CNPも22,222体のキャラクターなので最終的には1人1体持ってもらいたい。
取引人数的なものもありまだそこまで分散しないため、今はキャラクターを揃える楽しみ方をしてほしい。

犬山城との提携

発端はNinja DAO内2022年8月にシゲさん。
自治体もNFTに関して関心を持っているという話を提案してくれた。
犬山市がNFTを使って何かをしたいというリリースがあった。
運営として話を持ちかけて今回の合意になった。
地域活性化を目的とした協定を締結。
国宝・犬山城を起点に、NFTを活用した「犬山市デジタル城下町プロジェクト」を展開へ。
戦国時代に拠点として目印になっていた歴史ある城。
当時の城が壊れずに残っている国宝として指定されている城。
犬山城に集まってくる関係人口の創出をしよう。
犬山城が好きな人をNFTを使って集めていく。

NFTがなんの役に立つ？

NFT（CNP）を持っている人=仲間
仲間の保証され、デジタル上のつながりができやすくなる。
デジタル上のつながりを生み出すには非常に相性が良い。
犬山城を中心として城下町を整備している。
そのデジタル版を作っていこうと考えている。
NFTを持つことでデジタル町民になる。
犬山城を盛り上げていく仲間になってもらう。

ローンチパートナープロジェクトとしてCNPがいる。
コミュニティはゼロから立ち上げていくのは非常に大変。
CNPホルダーに犬山市のNFTを持ってもらいたい。
コミュニティとしてのコアな部分がCNPホルダーで形成できる。
城を起点とし城下町を作っていく・つながりを作っていく。
犬山市と一緒にイベントをやったりする。
ふるさと納税の展開もあるが、お城を中心とした展開方法になる。
城は地域創生としての意味以外にも趣味の部分もある。
日本には様々な地方に城があり、城下町が展開されている。
城を中心とした横展開していくことで集めていきたくなる。
実際に犬山城に行くと図柄が変わったり寄付したら図柄が変わる。
いろんな城に訪れて城に行った証明としてのNFTになる。
城巡りのプラットフォームとしていきたいと考えている。

城を起点に街作り・コミュニティを作る。
リアルでは城をつなげていく。
NFTを目的としないものを増やしていくのがいいと考えている。
CNPはNFTとしてIPになっている。
今愛好家がいるもので楽しみ方の一つとして
デジタル上での展開をした方がいいと考えている。
IPを盛り上げるのに協力は難しい。
地域を一緒に盛り上げていくのは協力を得られやすい。
IPを広げていくのとは軸をずらして拡大させていきたい。

Points will be boosted on Sundays.
Treasure stamps will be scheduled for boosting on Monday. (points count)
✅ Luna's Treasure Stamp will be released with 4,440 points.
The rules for awarding points will be relaxed for those who own multiple CNPs.

The daily point limit for each body after two will be released (up to 10,000 steps).

CNP also has 22,222 characters, so we would like each person to eventually have one.
Because of the number of people trading, they are not yet that dispersed, so for now, we want people to enjoy getting their characters together.

Partnership with Inuyama Castle

The originator is Shige in August 2022 in Ninja DAO.
He suggested that local governments are also interested in talking about NFT.
There was a release that Inuyama City wanted to do something using NFT.
We approached them as an operation and came to this agreement.
The agreement was signed for the purpose of regional revitalization.
The "Inuyama City Digital Castle Town Project" will be developed using NFT, starting with Inuyama Castle, a national treasure.
The historic castle was a landmark as a base during the Warring States period.
A castle designated as a national treasure where the castle from those days remains undamaged.
Let's create a related population that will gather at Inuyama Castle.
We will use NFT to gather people who like Inuyama Castle.

What is NFT useful for?

People with NFT (CNP) = friends.
It is a guarantee of companionship and makes it easier to create digital connections.
It is very compatible to create digital connections.
The castle town is being developed around Inuyama Castle.
We are thinking of creating a digital version of it.
By having NFT, we will become digital townspeople.
They will become friends to enhance Inuyama Castle.

CNP is there as a launch partner project.
It is very difficult to start a community from scratch.
We want CNP holders to have NFT of Inuyama City.
The core of the community can be formed with CNP holders.
We want to create a castle town and build connections with the castle as a starting point.
We can hold events together with Inuyama City.
There is a possibility of developing a hometown tax system, but the castle will be the center of the system.
Castles are not only a means of regional development, but also a hobby.
There are castles and castle towns in various regions in Japan.
By developing a castle town horizontally, people will want to collect castles.
When you visit Inuyama Castle, the design changes, and when you donate money, the design changes.
The NFT will be used as proof that you have been to a castle by visiting various castles.
We would like to use this as a platform for people to visit castles.

We want to create a town and a community with castles as the starting point.
In real life, we will connect castles.
We think it is good to increase the number of things that are not for the purpose of NFT.
CNP has become IP as NFT.
It's one of the ways to have fun with something that has enthusiasts now.
We think it would be better to develop it digitally.
It is difficult to cooperate to make IP more popular.
It is easy to get cooperation to promote the region together.
We would like to expand it by shifting the axis from expanding IP.
