CNP Summer Storeの時はそれぞれの夏の楽しみ方をしてい田。
今回秋のバージョンは◯◯の秋という形でそれぞれのCNPが表現している。
今回は第一弾、第二弾で1回ずつ引ける。
さらに2,200円以上購入するともう一点引ける。

ティール組織


新しい組織のあり方を模索していた。
分散型で個人に権限を委譲しながらみんながリーダー的な形で進める形。
今も会社で取り組んでいる。
導入段階は非常に苦労した。
流動性が生まれない雇用形態と組織形態の相性が悪かった。
雇用してしまうと、新しい組織に馴染むか馴染まないかが難しい。
今の会社はコロナ流行時に完全テレワークに切り替えた。
そのタイミングで離脱をしてしまう人もいた。
今は自律的にメンバーが動いていくような組織ができている。

コミュニティの形だとしっくりくる。
CNPというプロジェクトも自律分散型組織として動いている。
最初にコントラクトを組み立てて理想の組織かどうか分からない。
最初は人間の組織で作ってうまくいくような形になったらコントラクト移行していけば良いのではないかと考えている。
気軽に出たり入ったり距離の取り方も自由に選べる状況であれば分散的な組織の作り方は可能性あると感じている。

We were looking for a new kind of organization.
A form of decentralized organization in which authority is delegated to individuals while everyone advances in a leader-like manner.
The company is still working on this.
The introduction phase was very difficult.
The employment structure and organizational structure were incompatible with each other, as they did not create fluidity.
Once hired, it was difficult to fit in or not fit in with the new organization.
The current company switched to full telework during the Corona epidemic.
Some people had to leave the company at that time.
Now we have an organization where members move autonomously.

It fits well in the form of a community.
The CNP project is also working as an autonomous decentralized organization.
I don't know if it is an ideal organization by first assembling a contract.
I think it would be better to start with a human organization, and if it turns out to be successful, then shift to a contract organization.
I feel that there is a possibility to create a decentralized organization as long as it is a situation where people can freely choose how to move in and out of the organization and how to distance themselves from it.
