CNP 最近の出来事振り返りと今後について（11/20）

今日配送予約していたカレンダーの半分くらいを発送した。

市況



今日ガス代が非常に高い時間帯が続いた。

CNP関連イベント


1.CNPラバーフィギュア


12時発売。特別版NFTも同梱。
無料版のクオリティではなく、しっかりと作り込んだNFTになっている。
販売サイトはこちら
会員登録と発送先登録まで事前に済ませておくとスムーズに行く。
各キャラクター300個限定。
CDG社からプレスリリースが出ている。

初の3Dものを販売する。
工場で出来上がってくるクオリティを合わせていくのが大変だった。
チェック業務
CDG社がライセンスを購入して展開している。
NFTという中で自分たちのやっているものが価値があると認めてくれていることに意義がある。
ライセンスビジネスを行っていく上で非常に重要な施策。

2.Rium限定オープン


25日にはRium内でメタバライブが開催される。
体験価値を高めていきたい。

3.展示会:ライセンシングジャパン


12/6〜8
入場してすぐのブースに展示場所を設けている。
キャラクター利用を検討している企業が参加する。
商品化への商談ができ、うまくいけばC2Eプログラムへとつながっていく。
組織的に進めていけるきっかけになると考えている。
上記のラバーフィギュアが非常にいいし試金石になる。
実績が伴えば営業もしやすくなる。
理想としては即完売してほしい。

4.お城EXPO


犬山城のデジタル城下町構想にCNPがローンチパートナーとして手伝う。
CNPのキャラクターが使われるタイアップ事業。
城下町NFTを手に入れることでデジタル町民になれる。
配られるチラシのQRコードから登録ができる。
CNPの露出も合わせて行っていく。
チケット購入により誰でも参加できる。

5.バー忍


形代配布条件を整理中。
整い次第形代配布をしていく。
形代+CNP1体をバー忍することでトワかセツナのNFTに切り替わる。
切り替わったものは来年1月にリビール（中身がわかる）
マカミは1700枚前後が使用された。
今回のトワ・セツナは2000枚配布される予定。
残りの222枚は運営保有分をバー忍している。

リビール前の状態を初めてのお迎え会用に企画を用意していく。
CNPフレンズのポイントでも形代応募ができる。
運営の収益化も兼ねて値段をつけて買ってもらう施策も考えている。
前回のマカミの時の課題
ALの数も2222にしたが200体くらいは引き取られなかった。
オーバーアロケさせることもアリだが、余ったものはどうするかも検討していく。

CNP related events


1.CNP rubber figure

On sale at 12:00. Special edition NFT included.
It is not a free edition quality, but a well-made NFT.
Click here to visit the sales site.
It will go smoothly if you register your membership and shipping address in advance.
Limited to 300 of each character.
CDG has issued a press release.

This is the first 3D product to be sold.
It was difficult to match the quality of the finished product at the factory.
Checking operations
CDG purchased the license and is developing the product.
It is significant that they recognize the value of what we are doing in the NFT.
This is a very important measure in the licensing business.

2. Limited opening of Rium


On the 25th, Metava Live will be held inside Rium.
We would like to enhance the value of the experience.

3. Exhibition:Licensing Japan


Dec. 6-8
An exhibition space is set up in the booth right after the entrance.
Companies considering the use of characters will participate.
Business negotiations for commercialization will be held, hopefully leading to the C2E program.
We believe this will be a good opportunity to promote the program in an organized manner.
The above rubber figures are very good and a touchstone.
If accompanied by a track record, it will be easier to conduct sales.
Ideally, we would like to see the event sell out immediately.

4.Castle EXPO


CNP will help Inuyama Castle's digital castle town concept as a launch partner.
A tie-up project in which CNP characters will be used.
By getting the castle town NFT, you can become a digital town citizen.
You can register by using the QR code on the flyer that will be distributed.
CNP will also be exposed to the public.
Anyone can participate by purchasing a ticket.

5. BarNin'


The conditions for distribution of token money are being organized.
As soon as it is ready, we will distribute katadai.
By bar shinobiing a katashiro and a CNP, you will be switched to the NFT of either Twa or Setsuna.
The switched ones will be re-billed in January next year (you will know what's in them).
Around 1,700 makami were used.
This time, 2,000 cards will be distributed for Towa and Setsuna.
The remaining 222 cards are bar-niping the management's holdings.

We will prepare a plan for the first pick-up party for the state before the re-building.
You can also apply for formulas with your CNP Friends points.
We are also considering a policy to have people buy them at a price to also monetize the operation.
Issues from the last Makami
We made the number of ALs 2222, but about 200 of them were not taken in.
It is possible to over-allocate them, but we will also consider what to do with the excess.
