CNP スマホゲームのBGMについてリリース出しました（6/24）

フロア価格が切り上がっていくタイミングでフロア価格の下にリストしていく流れが非常にもどかしい。

ウォレットアドレスにちゃんと着金している人を優先したい流れ。
AL当選しても入金できずに買えないという方を防ぐ狙い。

CNPバーニンウォーズ

ポケモンなどのBGMを手がけた大賀氏が担当。
バーニンウォーズは7/10にスマホゲームとしてリリースされる。
カヤックアキバスタジオに制作依頼。
カヤックアキバスタジオの紹介から大賀氏に制作依頼した。
昨年の12月からゲーム開発に着手。

ポケモン制作に関わった方がバーニンウォーズの制作にも関わったという実績に加えたい。

コミュニティからIPが生まれる=ホットスタート。
従来のIPは内密にスタートして公開してから盛り上げていくやり方。（コールドスタート）
ただし盛り上がり切らずに無くなっていくものが多い。
コミュニティ発のIPはホットスタート。
スタートダッシュができてくる。
従来は作品をある程度評価してくれるレベルまで育つ確率がかなり低い。
一方コミュニティ発のホットスタートは、作品の生存確率がグッと高まると感じている。
コミュニティ発は100％のものを作らなくても、ある程度のレベルでもリリースしても許容してくれる。
Web2.0=永遠のベータ版。
パッケージ製品として完璧に作られたものを販売していく。
Web系のサービスに移っていくと、物理的メディアからデータの改善・アップデートを繰り返しながらリリースできるように変わっていく。
永遠のベータ版だが、一定水準のレベルが求められる。
コミュニティ発で仕掛けていくと、ベータ版ではなくもう少し手間となる
プロト版からスタートできるのが強み。
改善・新機能を付け加えながらスタートできる。
CNPフレンズの場合は通常のクオリティから離れたところからスタートできた。
通常の顧客相手だとクレームになってしまう。
社会的な意義を持つ会社は不完全な状態ではリリースできない。
ある程度の枠組みは作らなければならない。
コミュニティ発であれば、ある程度省いた状態で進めることが可能。
企業は数ヶ月に渡りテストや開発を繰り返しながら数年単位で進めている。
コミュニティ発のアプリへの関与方法は、まったく異なる立ち上がり方。
コミュニティ発の心理的安全性の高さは、新しい物事の生まれ方につながっている。

CNPフレンズのキャンペーンサイト。
先日はOpenSeaのCNPアイコンに自分のCNPが使える権利販売や形代の販売を行った。
CNP1％クラブ2024-1〜12まで3,000ポイントで引き換え予定を準備している。
定員数100名。
12個から自分で欲しいもの1つを選んで欲しい。
徐々に情報解禁していく。

CNP Burnin' Wars

Mr. Ohga, who has created BGM for Pokemon and other games, is in charge of this project.

Kayak Akiba Studio was commissioned to produce the game.
Mr. Ohga was commissioned to produce the game through an introduction by Kayak Akiba Studio.
He started developing the game last December.

I would like to add to the list of achievements that those involved in the production of Pokemon were also involved in the production of Burnin' Wars.

IP is born from the community = hot start.
The conventional way of IP is to start privately and then make it public and then get it going. (Cold start).
However, many IPs are lost without fully gaining momentum.
IPs that originate from the community are hot starts.
It is a good way to get off to a good start.
In the past, the probability of a work growing to a certain level of recognition was quite low.
On the other hand, I feel that the probability of survival is much higher with a hot start from the community.
The community does not have to produce 100% of the work, but they will tolerate the work even if it is released at a certain level.
Web 2.0 = eternal beta.
We will sell a perfectly made product as a packaged product.
As we move to web-based services, we change from physical media to being able to release data with repeated improvements and updates.
It is an eternal beta version, but a certain level of quality is required.
If you set it up from the community, it becomes a bit more of a hassle than a beta version.
The advantage is that you can start from a prototype version.
We can start with improvements and new features as we add them.
In the case of CNP Friends, we were able to start from a place that was far from the usual quality level.
If we were dealing with normal customers, we would have received complaints.
A company with social significance cannot be released in an incomplete state.
A certain framework must be created.
If the project is community-driven, it is possible to proceed with a certain degree of omission.
Companies proceed over a period of several years, repeating testing and development over several months.
The method of involvement in a community-originated application is a completely different way of rising to the occasion.
The psychological safety of community-originated projects leads to a new way of doing things.
