CNP 今日もいろいろ話します（8/23）

市況


今はNFT自体から手を引く方が増えてきている段階。
1月から考えると300名くらいはオーナー数は増えている。
フロア：0.47ETH
コンビニの手入れのようにOpenSeaのリスト状態も整える必要がある。
売り場にも注意を払ってくれているプロジェクトから買いたいと思ってくれるような並びに整えていきたい。

OpenSeaのロイヤリティ問題
→来年の2月末までロイヤリティが取れる。
CNPはどうしていく？
一番シンプルに他のマーケットプレイスに引っ越す。
マーケットプレイス側でロイヤリティを勝手に変えるところはお断りする。
クリプトの原理原則を理由に自由に取引できたほうがいい考えもある。
ただしその話を受け入れてしまうと、プロジェクトが立ち行かなくなる。
サービスとして手数料値下げ争いに巻き込まれてしまう。
CNPはロイヤリティが源泉となっているプロジェクト。
それに頼らない形にはしていくが、方向性が同じマーケットと付き合っていく。
8月いっぱいにデプロイしたNFTはロイヤリティが2月末まで確保できる。
それ以降に出すアイテムNFTはロイヤリティが実質取れなくなる。
RaribleでアイテムNFT売買中心に少しずつ慣れていき、
CNP本体も徐々にシフトしていきたい。
盗難防止の仕組みが、結果的にマーケットプレイスを選ぶことにつながっている。
今後CNPが出していくNFTが盗難防止機能を活用することでプロジェクトの目的を阻害するマーケットプレイスをブロックしていく。

独自のマーケットプレイスは？
自分たちのプロジェクトだけの話ではなくなる。
どういう状況になっていくといいのか？
Raribleで普通に使う形になっていけば他のプロジェクトもRaribleを使えるようになっていく。
既成事実としてOpenSeaからRaribleを使っていけば自然と流れが変わっていくと感じている。

総合マーケットプレイスとしては今後無くなっていくかもしれない。

マーケットプレイスも分裂していくかもしれない。

Xinobi構想
Ninja DAOという大きな組織内にCNPやCNPJなど各プロジェクトがある。
その中の一つであるCNPというプロジェクトがマーケットプレイスを持つのは少し変だと感じていた。
市況もありプロジェクトを止めていたが、Ninja DAOだけじゃない日本のコミュニティとしてのプロジェクト全体で考えていく必要がある。
NFT売買だけではない機能が必要ではないかと感じている。
売買目的ではない人たちから見るとNFTを高頻度で売買しなくていい。
極端な例としてdiscordに入るためのNFTになっていくのかもしれない。
NFTを持っているから何ができるのか？
そのための売買機能となっていくかもしれない。
昨年はNFT売買が目的となっていた。
今はNFTの解像度が上がってきて、マーケットプレイス自体との目的がズレてきた。

CNPO

リーリーは3件分のアドレスが間違いのようで送付できなかった。
ルナは16件送付完了。月内には送付できそう。

CNP TikTok

ネオスタッキーもTikTokを3月くらいから進めている。
試行錯誤からいま拡大して世界的な認知ができている。
TikTok内でメジャーIPとのコラボも実現してきている。
コラボからさらにIPが成長しているいい循環。
背中を見ながらCNPもキャラクターも面をとっていきたい。
ネオスタッキーのように認知を取っていきたい。
ショート動画で生まれてくるIPにCNPも載せていきたい。
CryptoNinjaのアニメ・バーニンウォーズとのキャラクターと連動させてキャラクター認知を獲得していきたい。

おにのパンツ

1600再生を突破。
うまくハマると子供がリピート再生する。
チャネルとターゲットに対してビジュアルが最適化されている。
KIKOさんの手がけているキャラクターが子どもウケする。
幼稚園くらいの子供達にはこのCNPが刺さりそう。

CNPフレンズ

今週くらいには進んだ形の情報が出せそう。
今の段階で入るのもOK・発表後から参加するのもOK。
キーワードはエンペラータイム。
情報公開したタイミングで公表していく。

バーニンウォーズレビュー

CNPやNFTを知らない人のゲームレビュー。

  • キャラクターかわいい

  • ゲーム面白い

ゲームからCNPのキャラクターが伝わっている。
NFTのホルダーがプロジェクトのメンバーが一緒に報われるように進めていきたい。
昨年まではNFTホルダーがエンドユーザーのような感覚だった。
1.5万人くらいの小さな世界で動いていた。
そこから状況が大きく変わった。
すでに1.5万人は仲間。
IPを育てていくプロジェクトはその外の世界に出していき、大きくしていく必要がある。

Market Conditions


We are now at the stage where more and more people are pulling out of the NFT itself.

Royalty issue for OpenSea
→We can get royalties until the end of February next year.
What will CNP do?
The simplest way is to move to other marketplaces.
We will not accept any marketplace that changes royalty rates without our permission.
There is an idea that it is better to be able to trade freely because of the principle of crypto.
However, if we accept that story, the project will not be able to stand.
As a service, we would be involved in a fee reduction battle.
CNP is a project whose source of income is royalties.
We will not rely on that, but we will continue to work with markets that share the same direction.
For NFTs deployed by the end of August, royalties will be secured until the end of February.
Item NFTs deployed after that date will not receive royalties.
We will gradually become accustomed to trading mainly item NFTs at Rarible,
We would like to gradually shift to CNP itself.
The anti-theft mechanism has resulted in the choice of marketplaces.
The NFTs that CNP will put out in the future will utilize the anti-theft feature to block marketplaces that hinder the project's objectives.

What about our own marketplace?
It will not be just for our own projects.
What kind of situation would you like to see?
If it becomes a normal form of use in Rarible, other projects will be able to use Rarible.
I feel that if we start using Rarible from OpenSea as an established fact, the flow will naturally change.

As a comprehensive marketplace, it may disappear in the future.

Xinobi Concept
Within the larger Ninja DAO organization, there are various projects such as CNP and CNPJ.
One of the projects, CNP, felt it was a bit strange to have a marketplace.
We had stopped the project due to market conditions, but we need to think about the project as a whole as a Japanese community, not just Ninja DAO.
I feel that there needs to be more than just NFT trading.
From the point of view of those who are not looking to buy and sell, there is no need to buy and sell NFT at a high frequency.
As an extreme example, it may become an NFT to enter the DISCORD.
What can you do now that you have NFTs?
It may become a trading function for that purpose.
Last year, the purpose was to buy and sell NFTs.
Now the resolution of NFTs has improved and the purpose has shifted from the marketplace itself.

CNPO.

Leelee could not send 3 cases because the address seemed to be wrong.
Luna has completed sending 16 cases. We should be able to send them by the end of the month.

CNP TikTok

Neostacky has been working on TikTok since March.
From trial and error, it is now expanding and gaining global recognition.
Collaborations with major IPs have been realized within TikTok.
It is a good cycle where IPs are growing even more through collaboration.
We would like to keep our eyes on the backs of our clients and take on the character of CNPs.
We would like to gain recognition like Neostacky.
I would like to put CNP on the IPs that are born from short videos.
We would like to gain character recognition by linking the character with CryptoNinja's animated burnin wars.

Oni no Pants

The video has surpassed 1,600 views.
If it gets hooked well, children will repeat playback.
Visuals are optimized for the channel and target.
The character created by KIKO is popular with children.
This CNP is likely to stick with children around kindergarten age.

CNP Friends


We will be able to provide information on the advanced form this week or so.
It is OK to enter at this stage or join after the announcement.
The key word is Emperor Time.

A review of the game by someone who does not know CNP or NFT.

The game conveys the character of CNP.
I would like to see the NFT holders move forward so that the project members can be rewarded together.
Until last year, NFT holders felt like end users.
We were working in a small world of about 15,000 people.

The project to grow the IP needs to be taken out into that outside world and made bigger.
