CNPトレカの購入条件でました（10/31）

デジタル城下町


200城を目標に今は進めている
問い合わせフォームからの連絡は仕切ったような感じがする
お城に関するものの問い合わせ
観光
文化財
実際は文化財として分類されるが、観光として使う場合は観光部署になる
地域によっても特性がある
今は連絡しきれていないものを順次潰している段階だがほぼ終わった
79城まで進んだが、年内に100城まで到達させたい
200のお城に対して79城
Webサイトの問い合わせはサービスの売り込みみたくなってしまい、スルーされてしまう部分がある
スルーされないための対策はリアルイベント
お城イベントで繋がっていくことが有効な打ち手
ご縁を大切にしながらリアルイベントや人との繋がりで拡大していきたい
やり取り中の自治体もある

AIキャラクターにコミュニケーションをとっていける
Xなどで拡散していくと、AIキャラクターがトークンを配布してくれる
新しい関係性が生まれてきている
トークンをコミュニケーションツールとして活用することで生々しさが生まれてきている
CNPのキャラクターでもやりたい
CNPのキャラクターをどのように立てていくか
IPとしてやっているところ
1.メディアの上に載っける
たくさんの人に知られて、拡散されていく
時代の流れから新しいキャラクターが生まれてくる
2.高頻度高密度接触
ホロライブなど毎日のように会いにいく・やり取りを重ねていく
コンテンツに触れていくことでIP化していく
CNPの場合はメディアに乗っけていくことは難しい
ただ高頻度接触としてのIPであれば組み立てができそう
しかし今からホロライブのような立ち位置を目指すのは難しい
新たな立ち位置はないか？と考えていた
情報のやり取りだけでなく、共犯関係としての取り組みが可能性ありそうだと感じている
どのようなやりかたができるか情報を追っていきたい

11/24までの紅葉祭りに合わせて観光案内所とお城の中にパネルが設置される
犬山城の観光案内所にパネルが設置されている
岐阜城ではお城の中にアクリルパネルが設置されている
郡上八幡では観光案内所に通常のおパネル、お城の中にアクリルパネルが設置される
今後の展開次第ではお土産の中に登場してきたり、自治体の発信の中に登場して露出を増やすことも検討している
岐阜・のぶなが祭りでもノベルティとしてのぶなが姿をしたマカミステッカーを2日間に渡り500枚ずつ配布してくれる
取り組みが拡大していくと、オンラインだけの接点以外での露出接点が増えていく
CNPキャラクターの盛り上げにも繋がっていく
事例が溜まってくることで他の自治体も参加しやすくなる

We are currently in the process of eliminating the ones we haven't contacted yet, but we are almost done.
We have progressed to 79 castles and hope to reach 100 by the end of the year.

Inquiries on the website tend to be sales pitches for services, and some of them are not answered.
Real events are the best way to avoid being passed over
Connecting with visitors at castle events is an effective way to reach them.
We would like to expand through real events and human connections while cherishing the relationships we have with our clients.

Panels will be set up at the tourist information center and inside the castle during the Autumn Foliage Festival, which ends on November 24.
Panels are installed at the tourist information center at Inuyama Castle
Acrylic panels are installed inside the castle at Gifu Castle
At Gujo Hachiman, regular panels are installed at the tourist information center and acrylic panels are installed inside the castle
Depending on future developments, we are considering increasing exposure by having them appear in souvenirs and in local government announcements
500 Makami stickers with the Nobunaga image will be distributed as a novelty at the Nobunaga Festival in Gifu for two days each.
As the initiative expands, the number of exposure contacts will increase beyond online-only contacts
It will also lead to an increase in CNP characters
As examples accumulate, it will become easier for other municipalities to participate

Conditions for purchasing CNP Trading Cards

People who have CNP tokens can also get a discount
Discount is applied to those who have more than 30 tokens
15% discount for both boxes and cartons.
CNP tokens are currently priced at 320 yen per token.
30 tokens are discounted by 9,600 yen and carton purchases are discounted by 9,000 yen.
Discount will be applied to up to 5 cartons
Scheduled to go on sale 12/13
5% discount will be applied to CNP holders even if they do not own tokens or trading card passes.
Difference between CNP Token and Trading Card Pass
Trading Card Pass comes with unrecorded trading cards
CNP tokens do not expire, but the Trading Card Pass has a one-year expiration date.
The Trading Card Pass will be available again in late November for the third release.
