CNP 今日はFiNANCiEの話など（3/26）

CNPはIPを作っていくには道のりが遠く難しいことが多い
デジタル城下町プロジェクトは、企業や自治体の反応もよく容易にできそう
確実に何かの問題解決に役立つことがわかっているため進めやすい
デジタル城下町がうまくいけばCNPにも反映されやすくなる
うまくいくように進めていきたい

ダイヤモンドを見越してか、ガス代も低下したこともありリストが増加している

CNPオーナーズ


CNPを持っている人に対して、お店側が特典を提供している状況。
運営が用意しているものではない。
スタートしてから1年半が経過した。
175店舗展開のうち海外では25店舗展開している
CNPを持っている人には当然だが、CNP以外を持っている人にも何か提供できるようにしていきたい
母数が増えることにより、集客効果にもつながるようにしたい
今仕込んでいるものがあり、うまくいったら案内する
参加してくれる店舗がなければ企画が成り立たない
参加店舗がもっとうまくいくようにしていきたい

新イベント


CNPLandを盛り上げるためにNOT A HOTELの鍵を提供してくれた
天海エリアと甲賀の里が公開されているが、ビルダーズチャレンジに合わせて伊賀の里が先行公開される
このタイミングに合わせて実施されるイベントでNOT A HOTELの鍵がもらえる

FiNANCiE

4/1にFiNANCiE上にCNPコミュニティがオープンする
やること
バーニンウォーズをより楽しんでいけるようなプロジェクトとして立ち上げる
予定しているもの
ゲーム開発のため、まとまったお金を集めて進めていく予定
（1トークン10円で2,000万を確保する予定）
バーニンウォーズにメタバースを連動させていく新しい遊び方を提案していく
攻略しながら新しいキャラクターを育てていく
5体のキャラクターをメタバース上に持っていく
Riumの中でバトルしたり遊べるようにしていきたい
アプリの改修も進めながら開発をしていきたい
カードゲームのバトルは非常に難しい
スマホゲームとしてカジュアルな形で展開したい
みんなで遊べるようにしていきたい
カジュアルゲームにメタバースという要素を加えると面白い展開ができる
メタバースを合わせることで誰かと遊んだり戦ったりと奥行きができる
新しいキャラクターやアイテム集めができるようになる
繋いでいくのがトークンとコミュニティ
FiNANCiEを活用して大会を実施
大会入賞でFiNANCiEトークンがもらえる設計を進めていく
コミュニティとトークンとメタバースを全てバーニンウォーズの外側からくっつけていく

FiNANCiEのいいところ


デジタルのインセンティブ（トークンがもらえる）
そのままゲームを遊んでもらえるインセンティブにもつながっている
バーニンウォーズを遊べばトークンがもらえる設計にしていく
ゲーム自体は今はまだ弱いモデル
非常に弱い広告収入しかないが、この部分を変更する
ガチャを引いて特別な個体を引けるようにしていく
収益性を高めていく
たくさんの人が遊んでくれる状況になると売り上げが上がる
ゲーム収益を使ってトークンを購入し、トークンを景品としていく
このプロジェクトを進めることで収益が回っていく
トークン価値も上がっていく
CNPが大変なところは収益性にある
売買が繰り返されるだけでの収益だとロイヤリティ手数料のみになる
参加している人が疲弊していくだけになってしまう
収益化できているゲームを中心に据えることで構造が変わっていく
バーニンウォーズをすでに遊んでくれる人が新たな顧客を獲得していって欲しい
ゲーム自体をプレイしてくれる人を増やし、広告収益が上がる
トレカも加えればゲーム内に召喚できるかもしれない
もう少し違う形でゲームを楽しんでいきたい
ゲームシステムがうまくいけば、次は大乱闘もしてみたい
他のNFTプロジェクトも参戦して戦っていきたい
NFTを知ってもらうきっかけにもなっていきそう
プロジェクト同士が鎬を削っていく形にしていきたい
オープン直後はしばらく緩やかに進めていきたい
文化作りをしていきながら進めていきたい
実際のクラウドファンディングは5月の中旬〜下旬にかけて行いたい
新しい人を引き込んでいくのではなく、CNPホルダーや法人スポンサーで長期的に応援してくれる方で固めたいと思っている
価値の下支えをした上で、たくさんの人にトークンをGETしていってほしい状況にしていきたい

CNP has a long and difficult road to go to create IP
Digital Castle Town project seems easy to do with good response from companies and local governments
It is easy to proceed because we know that it will definitely help solve some problems
If the Digital Castle Town project is successful, it will be reflected in the CNP

Listings are increasing in anticipation of diamonds and lower gas prices

CNP Owners

A situation where stores are offering special offers to CNP holders.
It is not prepared by the management.
A year and a half has passed since the start.

We want to be able to offer something to those who have CNP, of course, but also to those who have something other than CNP.
We want to make sure that the increase in population will help us attract more customers.

Tenkai area and Kouga no Sato are open to the public, but Iga no Sato will be open to the public first in conjunction with the Builders' Challenge

Things to do.
Launching this as a project to make Burnin' Wars more enjoyable.
What we plan to do
We plan to raise a large sum of money to develop the game
(We plan to secure 20 million at 10 yen per token)
We will propose a new way to play the game, linking the Metaverse to Burnin' Wars.
Developing new characters as we conquer the game
Bring 5 characters onto the Metaverse
We would like to be able to battle and play within Rium
We would like to develop the application while also making modifications to it
Card game battles are very difficult
We want to develop it as a casual smartphone game
We want to make it possible for everyone to play together.
Adding the element of the Metaverse to casual games makes for interesting development
By combining the metaverse, we can add depth to the game by playing and fighting with others
New characters and items can be collected
Connecting tokens and communities
Use FiNANCiE to conduct competitions
Developing a design that allows players to earn FiNANCiE tokens for winning competitions
Attach the community, tokens, and metaverse all from outside of Burnin' Wars

The good thing about FiNANCiE

Digital incentives (you get tokens)
It's also an incentive for people to play the game as it is
We'll design it so that if you play Burnin' Wars, you get tokens.
The game itself is still a weak model right now
Only very weak advertising revenue, but we will change this part of the game.
We will make it possible to draw special individuals by pulling gacha
Increase profitability
Sales will increase when we have a situation where lots of people are playing the game
Use game revenue to buy tokens and use tokens as prizes
As this project progresses, the revenue will turn around.
Token value will also go up.
The hard part of CNP is the profitability.
If the only revenue is from repetitive trading, the only revenue is royalty fees.
This will only exhaust the participants.
By focusing on games that can be monetized, the structure will change.
We want people who already play Burnin' Wars to acquire new customers.
Increase the number of people playing the game itself, and advertising revenue will increase.
If we add treasures, we might be able to summon them into the game
We want to enjoy the game in a slightly different way
If the game system works well, we would like to do a big battle next
We would like to participate in other NFT projects and fight in them
It will be a good opportunity to make people aware of NFT
We want to make the game a form in which projects compete with each other.
We would like to proceed slowly for a while right after the opening.
We would like to proceed with the project while creating a culture.
Actual crowdfunding will take place from mid to late May.
We don't want to bring in new people, but rather to solidify the project with CNP holders and corporate sponsors who will support it on a long-term basis.
We want to create a situation where we want a lot of people to GET tokens after supporting the value of the project.
