素材屋CNP

使ってくれる人が増えることも大事
合わせて収益性を作っていくことも重要
CNPフレンズのデジタルコレクションとしてシールやバッチとして集めていくようなものにしても良さそう
CNPの素体が400種類ほどある
いろんな素体を自治体に対して割り当てていったら面白いのかもしれない
自治体に可愛がってもらえる素体にしていきたい

先にキャンペーンを発表し、その後でトークン価格が上がる分には回避できる
マストバイにせずで良いのかもしれない
プロモーション活動を手伝ってくれた人にトークンを配布していく形であれば別のルールでできる

CNPトレカのリリースを控え、盛り上げるために人数を増やす施策を打ち始めている

初期大口の返品と完全素体のプレゼントをしてはどうか？と考えている
以前は完全素体と交換を検討していたが、税制面から難しかった
エマとタルトの素体作りにも着手していく

組み合わせた凄さを学ぶところがない
系統的にきちんと学ぶところを作りたい
自分ならどの組み合わせを考えていくかを考えていく
学ぶだけでなく、企業の新規事業の方を交えてディスカッションしていきたい
CNP版の学びを作り横の繋がりを作っていきたい
1〜3月でテスト的に準備実施して4月くらいに用意
スターマップに打ち上げて乗っけていきたい
やるのが得意な人は誰だろう？➡️naonaoさん？
実現できると面白いことになりそう
スターマップが秀逸
あれを常にイメージしていきたい
地上から打ち上げて失敗するものもある
打ち上げできたらCNPの星となる
単独の星でなく、他の星と繋がることで相乗効果をもたらしていく
トータルで見ると大きな輝きを放っているイメージ
ロケットを作っていく役割や発射台を作る役割など、基盤となる仕組み作りに手を入れていきたい
