CNP 今治城ふるさと納税、後半はシンコミュ対談（12/16）

目次


デジタル城下町

デジタル城下町で自治体と連携してふるさと納税を進めていこうという展開が動いている
今回は今治城と組んでやる
前回αUでシングルナンバーの販売を行い、即完した
今回それと似たようなものでふるさと納税を行う
合併20周年記念と合わせて企画
記念ロゴが入ったNFTを20名限定でNFTとして発行する
001〜20番までの若い番号のNFTを配布する
グレードBの有料版ですでに課金されているNFTが入手できる
ふるさと納税は実質2000円の負担
有料版のNFTは2500円のため実質500円で入手できることになる
他の自治体でも若い番号の町民証NFT配布を行なっていきたい
ふるさと納税を活用した展開をデジタル城下町を行なっていきたい
納税をしながらお城観光もできればと考えている
お城を通じて自治体との繋がりを構築していきたい

CNPトレカ

150万枚を突破

CNPトレカのストーリーを追いかけた話をスペースで行っていた
来年始まるガイドブックにも載っけてほしい内容だった
今日からBOX販売に切り替わった

シンコミュ本

20日（金）に予約開始
昨日著者5人でスペース対談を行った
会社だとあり得ないが、初めて昨日5人で話した
Web3的な動き方の典型的な例だと感じる
書籍まで出せるとは思ってもいなかった
コミュニティが夢実現装置となっているような感覚がしている
IPとコミュニティの目的に自分の夢を合わせるときっとコミュニティが応援してくれる
方向が同じであれば応援してくれる
CNPトレカもそうだったがみんなの目的とトレカの目的が一緒だった
5章のインタビューでは客観的に伝える必要がある
本の中で1人称で語れる箇所が欲しかった
コミュニティとうまくやっていくためには？
企業の看板に隠れていないで生身の人間としてコミュニティに出てきてくれないと仲良くはできないという話があった
BOXさんやいずもんさんを見ていて、まさにそういう話だと感じた
みんなの目線を揃えていく
ちゃんとした本として残る形で出てくる
Ninja DAOの活動をどうやって外に出そうと考えていた
時事通信出版に本を出すことをアプローチした
3つくらい企画を持って行った
転うじゅ本の時もビリギャルみたいな本を出さないかと持ち込んだ
今回はジャズハヤ本とシンコミュ本、漫画の企画を持ち込んだ
全部やろうという話になり、動き出した
12/13〜のCNPトレカ予約に合わせて事前プロモーションの一環としてぶつけていければ、双方にとって良い効果が得られる
こうして骨子ができたがシンコミュ本については中身ができていなかった
Kindleで作成し、うまく行ったら編集を入れて本にしようと考えていた
ただ今回Kindleを出さずにそのまま書籍出版となった
ベストに近い形の本ができた
チームワークが働いていたと感じる
CNPは分散してといった形で個人プレイに走りがちだが、チームプレイで書籍という形で誕生した
CNPトレカもチームとして生まれている
そうしたプロジェクトが出てきて欲しい
コミュニティメンバーがこういうことをやりたいという解像度が高くなると良さそう
そうするとやりたいことを相談しやすくなる

CNP Imabari Castle Hometown Tax Payment, Second Half of the Syncom Dialogue (12/16)

Digital Castle Town

Digital Castle Town is working with local governments to promote hometown tax payment.
This time, we're teaming up with Imabari Castle.
Last time we sold a single number at Alpha U and it sold out immediately.
This time, we are planning a similar hometown tax payment campaign.
We are planning to do this in conjunction with the 20th anniversary of the merger.
Issue NFTs with the commemorative logo as NFTs to a limited number of 20 people.
Distribute NFTs with the youngest number from 001 to 20
NFTs already charged for the Grade B paid version will be available
Furusato will bear ¥2,000 in real terms
The paid version of the NFT is 2,500 yen, which means that it can be obtained for 500 yen in real terms
We would like to distribute NFTs with younger numbers to other municipalities as well.
We would like to develop a digital castle town by utilizing Furusato tax payment.
We would like to offer sightseeing tours of castles while paying taxes.
We would like to build connections with local governments through the castle

CNP Trending Card

1.5 million copies sold
15,000 boxes have been reserved
We had a talk in the space about following the story of CNP Trending Cards.
We hope that this story will be included in the guidebook that will be published next year.
Boxes are being sold from today.
6,000 yen per box, until 9pm on the 18th.

CINCOMMUNICATION BOOK


Pre-orders start on Friday the 20th
5 authors had a space discussion yesterday.
Not possible with a company, but for the first time, 5 people spoke yesterday
I feel this is a typical example of the Web3 way of working
I never thought we could even publish a book.
I feel as if the community has become a dream fulfillment device
If you align your dream with the IP and the community's objectives, I am sure the community will support you.
As long as we are going in the same direction, they will support us.
As was the case with the CNP Trending Card, everyone's purpose and the Trending Card's purpose were the same
You need to be objective in the interviews in chapter 5.
I wanted a place in the book where I could speak in the first person
How to work well with the community?
It was mentioned that you can't get along unless you come out to the community as a real person, not hiding behind a corporate sign
Looking at Mr. BOX and Mr. Izumon, I felt that's exactly what he was talking about
We're going to get everyone's perspective.
It will come out in a form that will remain as a proper book
I was thinking about how to get Ninja DAO's activities out there.
We approached Jiji Press about publishing a book.
I had about three projects in mind.
I asked them if they would publish a book like “Birigyaru” when I did the Tengyu book.
This time, I brought a plan for a Jazuhaya book, a ShinKomu book, and a manga.
We decided to do them all, and things got underway.
If we could coincide with the CNP Trending Card reservations starting on December 13th as part of the pre-promotion, it would be a win-win situation for both parties.
The outline of the project was completed, but the contents of the SynCom book were not yet ready.
We were thinking of making a Kindle version of the book, and if all went well, we would edit it and make it into a book.
But this time, we decided to go ahead and publish the book without the Kindle version.
We came up with a book that was close to the best we could do.
I feel it was a team effort.
CNP tends to be an individualistic organization, but it was born as a team effort in the form of a book.
The CNP Trending Card was also born as a team effort.
I would like to see such projects emerge.
It would be good if community members have a higher resolution of what they want to do.
This will make it easier to discuss what we want to do
