CNP 今日はNFTの話をゆるゆると（10/5）

昨日はKEKKAIとのAMA。
NFTのスキャムは一発で退場してしまうほど非常に大きなダメージを負う。
KEKKAIはそうしたリスクを回避できるようなツール。
ぜひ導入を検討してほしい。

Autumn Store



後半となる16日からはグッズも追加される。

ブックカバーは厚手の作成しているので結構しっかりした作り。
ブックカバーやブックマーク・リーフレットは店舗レイアウトなどによって売り場に出ていないこともある。
店員に聞いてみるとしまっていて出してくれることもあるので諦めないでほしい。

セルフレジで会計した場合、LINE NFTのもらい忘れに繋がりやすい。
レシートをもらって店員に声をかけて特典のLINE NFTをもらってほしい。

情報の届き方が特殊


本部として展開→店舗が展開→お客さんが来店する。
通常本部に情報が上がってくるには逆の流れが必要となる。
お客さん→店舗→本部
今回のイベントはSNSやdiscordで各自が挙げているので即情報が上がってくる。
TSUTAYA側も驚いていた。
コミュニティをベースにした展開はTSUTAYA側から見ても新鮮に映っている。
TSUTAYAはリアル店舗を拠点にしながら情報発信しているビジネス。
コミュニティ作りにも関与していって居心地の良いコミュニティ作りの手伝いもできるのではないかとも感じている。
3rdプレイスとしての場所作りにも活かせそう。
デジタルコミュニティがすでにあり、コミュニティの活動を通してTSUTAYAというリアル店舗を使っていくアプローチは非常に特殊で新鮮に映る。
スタートダッシュとしては一定の手応えを得ている。
今回の企画が成功するとクリプトニンジャ咲耶でも展開できるかもしれない。
1ヶ月あるのでこのプロジェクトを盛り上げていきたい。

CNPフレンズ


メンテナンス完了。
9/30に一斉配信したがうまく連絡できなかった。
システム負荷が高くなり動かなかった時があった。
今後CNPフレンズのユーザーが増えていく方向のため、システム増強を行なった。
運営から一斉にDMを送信できる機能もある。
グループ機能のDM送信もできる。
DMが届くとプッシュ通知がいくので伝えやすい。
CNPフレンズの利用者は2,000人くらいしかいない。

わざわざ届けていく必要ある？
今はCNPオーナーのみしか使えない状況。
この後の展開として今後アプリを使える会員を増やしていく。
CNPホルダーではなくてもポイントも貯まるようになる。
たくさんの人が使えるように段階的に増やしていく。

市況の変化


LLACとTMAs、APPが上昇してきている。
CNPはホルダー数も多く売ろうとしている人が多くまだフロア価格は上がってきていない。
他のプロジェクトも少しずつ上がってきている。
NFTの投機勢がかなり抜けてきた状況で少しだが回復している。
1年経って実績が積み上がってきているプロジェクトがある。
今までの実績をもとに評価されていくフェーズに少しずつ移行してきている。

CNPの実績


CNPはCheck to earnプログラムを進めている。
システム開発を進めている。
年内はテストで動かし、年明けからは実稼働させていく予定。
持っていないキャラクターを保有しているのが大事になってくる。
人が入れ替わりながら空気感が変わってきた。
ここから10月〜12月が山場になっていくと見ている。

Please get your receipt and ask the clerk for the special LINE NFT.

The way information is delivered is special.

Deployment as headquarters → Deployment by stores → Customers visit stores.
Normally, the reverse process is required for information to come to the headquarters.

This event was mentioned on SNS and discord, so the information came up immediately.
TSUTAYA was also surprised.
The community-based development was fresh from TSUTAYA's point of view.
TSUTAYA is a business that transmits information while using real stores as a base.
We also feel that we can be involved in community building and help create a comfortable community.
It could also be used to create a place as a 3rd place.
There is already a digital community, and the approach of using a real store called TSUTAYA through community activities seems very special and fresh.
As a start, we are getting a certain response.
If this project is successful, we may be able to develop it in Cryptoninja Sakuya.
We have one month to get this project off the ground.

CNP Friends

Maintenance completed.
We sent out a simultaneous message on 9/30, but we could not contact them properly.
There were times when the system did not work due to high system load.
The system has been upgraded in order to support the increasing number of users of CNP Friends.
There is a function to send DMs simultaneously from the management.
The group function can also be used to send DMs.
When a DM arrives, a push notification is sent to the user, making it easy to convey the message.
There are only about 2,000 users of CNP Friends.

Why should we bother to deliver them?
Right now, only CNP owners can use it.
We will increase the number of members who can use the app in the future as a subsequent development.
Even if they are not CNP holders, they will be able to earn points.
We will increase the number of members in stages so that many people can use the app.

Market Changes

LLAC, TMAs, and APP are rising.
CNP has a large number of holders and many people trying to sell, so the floor price has not risen yet.
Other projects are also gradually rising.
The speculative activity in the NFT has been slowing down, and the market is recovering, albeit slightly.
There are projects that have been in the works for a year and are starting to show positive results.
We are gradually moving into the phase where projects are evaluated based on their past performance.

CNP Achievements

CNP is moving forward with the Check to earn program.
System development is underway.
The system will be run for testing during the year, and will be put into actual operation from the beginning of the year.
It will be important to possess a character that we do not have.
The atmosphere is changing as people are being replaced.
We see October through December as the climax from here.
