CNP 2次創作とライセンスの話（1/9）

目次


CNPアイディアルーム

Ninja DAOのなかにあるCNPを持っている人のチャンネルでやり取りをしている
CNPを持っていない人は、CNPについて話す場所がない
ファンからパートナーへ
キャラクターを好きな人を増やしていく
一緒に価値を高めていこう
ただそこには大きな隔たりがある
NFTを買ってコミュニティに飛び込んでいくには非常に大きなハードルがある
段階を踏んでも良いと感じている
まだCNPを持っていなくてもCNPについて話ができるカジュアルな場所を設けた

背景色

CNPは背景を透明にしている
背景色で選ばれず、個体に注目してもらうためにも背景色を排除していた
MBTI診断により、テーマカラーがある
アイディアルームの中で盛り上がっており、それに併せて背景色を変更した
各キャラクターが推し色活動をしていくことも検討された
CNPのメインカラーは？
CNPの場合は二つの色でやってみてはどうか？
たとえば白と赤（コーデカラー）
白と赤を使っている人はオロチ推しとわかる
赤も朱色など日本らしい色にするのもあり
今のCNPの中でもグラデーションができそう

CNP法人スポンサー

2社決まっているが、1社はBrain
今年はたくさんの人が法人スポンサーに名を連ねていってほしい
引き続き募集をしている
完全素体
運営が保有しておこうと決めた
保有キャラクターに愛着を持つこととバッティングする
自分のPFP感が減ってしまう
PFPとしてのCNPという軸は最優先にしたい
逆に完全素体がないキャラクターもいる
すべてのキャラクターに完全素体を作って運営がロックしたい
ヤーマ・マカミとトワ/セツナが完全素体がない
22,222体のNFTのなかに誕生させて運営としてロックしたい
ロックすることで、22,222体の上限に加えたい
新しい個体が誕生するタイミングで、22,222体のなかに少しずつ運営にロックされる個体が増えていく
運営個体ロックが増えることで、市場流通が減り、価値が上がっていく
今までやらなかった理由
ロック機能がなかったため、なるべく分散させていったほうが良かった
ただ今はロック機能がついているため実装できる

ファンアートとの境界線がわかりづらくなっている
今日ガイドラインを入れ替えた
CNPのガイドラインは基本的にCryptoNinjaと同じ
ファンアートをたくさんの人が作ってくれ、たくさんの人にリーチしていきたい
ファンアート・二次創作をすることは何？
CNPの場合
CNPというIPブランドを確立していきIPの部分が価値を生み出していく源泉を作っていこうとしている
価値が生まれれれば経済性を帯びてくる
経済性を生まれればそれを元にコミュニティに還元していく

ビジネスの組み立て方

・自社商品を作る
・ライセンスを購入してもらう・使ってもらう
CNPはライセンスを貸し出して収益を上げていくことを主題にしている
そのためライセンスと折り合いをつけていく必要がある
契約を毀損してしまうようなものが生まれてしまうとうまく成り立たなくなる
商品価値も下がってしまう
それを回避するためにガイドラインを設けた
個人の人はファンアート大歓迎
法人・または準ずる個人はライセンス契約を結ぶことでCNPのキャラクターを使えるようにした
ライセンス契約を結べば何をやっていいものではない
CNPとして用意している図柄を3パターン用意した
うまくはまらないものはこちらから用意する場合もある
オリジナルの書き下ろしを用意してもらい、監修する形で使えるようにもする
CNPというブランドを勝手に使っていいものではない
ファンアートは自由だが、事業を作ることは勝手にはできない
生成AIはまだルール決めが難しい
素材として取り込むなどは個別に相談する
CNPの二次創作を作った場合はコラボとは言えない
ファンアートや二次創作とわかりやすくしておく必要がある
ライセンス契約している人から見るとCNPブランドの毀損に繋がってしまう

禁止事項

禁止事項も設けた
以下の2つはCNPは使えない
1：ふるさと納税NFT
あるやうむのみ
2：トレカ
モノリスのみ
二次創作としてCNPトレカやCNPデジタルトレカを作ることもできない

Background color


CNP has a transparent background
Background color was eliminated to avoid being selected by background color and to draw attention to the individual
There is a theme color depending on the MBTI diagnosis
There was a lot of excitement in the idea room and background colors were changed accordingly
It was also discussed that each character would have a guess color activity
What are the main colors for CNP?
Why not use two colors for CNP?
For example, white and red (coding colors)
People who use white and red will know that they are Orochi guessers.
Red could also be a Japanese color such as vermilion
We could have a gradation among the current CNPs

CNP corporate sponsors


Two companies have been decided, one is Brain
We hope that many people will become corporate sponsors this year.
We are still accepting applications

Batting against becoming attached to the character we hold.
It decreases my sense of PFP
CNP as PFP is a top priority
On the other hand, there are characters who do not have a complete body.
I want to make all the characters fully clothed and lock them into the management.
Yama Makami and Towa/Setsuna do not have a complete body
I want to create them among the 22,222 NFTs and lock them as management.
I want to add to the limit of 22,222 individuals by locking them.
When new individuals are born, the number of individuals locked by the management will increase little by little among the 22,222 individuals.
As the number of individuals locked by the management increases, the market distribution will decrease and the value will increase.
Reasons why we did not do this before
Because there was no lock function, it was better to distribute them as much as possible.
However, now that the lock function has been added, it can be implemented.

Boundary between fan art and fan art is becoming difficult to understand

CNP guidelines are basically the same as CryptoNinja
Lots of people make fan art and we want to reach lots of people
What is it about making fan art/secondary works?
For CNP
We are trying to establish the IP brand of CNP and create a source of value for the IP part of the brand.
Once value is created, it becomes economically viable.
Once economic value is generated, it will be returned to the community.

How to build a business


Create your own products
Create your own products ・Purchase licenses and have people use them
CNP's main objective is to generate revenue by renting out licenses.
Therefore, we need to come to terms with the license
If something is created that damages the contract, it will not work well.
The value of the product will also decrease.
To avoid this, we have established guidelines.
Individuals are welcome to use fan art.
Corporations or equivalent individuals can use CNP characters by signing a license agreement.
You are not allowed to do anything if you sign a license agreement.
We have prepared three patterns of designs for CNP.
We may prepare some patterns that do not fit well.
We may also ask you to prepare your own original design and use it in a supervised manner.
The CNP brand is not something that can be used without permission.
Fan art is free, but we cannot create projects without permission.
Generated AI is still difficult to determine the rules.
We will discuss on an individual basis how to incorporate it as material, etc.
If you create a derivative work of CNP, it cannot be called a collaboration
It is necessary to make it clear that it is fan art or a derivative work
From the point of view of those who have signed a license agreement, it will lead to damage of the CNP brand

Aruyaumu only
2: Trending card
Monolith only
It is also not possible to make CNP trending card or CNP digital trending card as a secondary creation
