I: Naomi, Congratulations, well played through the fourth round of an event here that you’ve won before. I know you’re quite close with Ons in many ways. So tell us how you played and how you enjoyed the match here today.
I: なおみ，おめでとう。以前優勝したことのあるこの全豪オープン4回戦（注）で，素晴らしいプレーでした。公私ともに仲の良いOnsとの本日の試合，どのようにプレーし，楽しんだのか，教えてください。
（注：この試合は3回戦なので恐らく言い間違い？）
N: Um, yeah for me it was really fun um, I don’t know I was really nervous and scared because I didn't know she was gonna hit a drop shot or any ball so I felt kinda rushed but I hope that you guys enjoyed the match. Thanks for coming out today.
N: わたしにとってはとても楽しかったです。彼女がドロップショットを打ってくるのか，それとも他のボールを打ってくるのか分からなかったので，とても緊張したし，怖かったです。そのせいでなんだか焦ってしまった気もします。みなさんが今日の試合を楽しんでくれていたのなら嬉しいです。今日は来てくれてありがとうございます。
I: What is it like being here in melbourne we know it’s been a long break for many players there is a sense of freedom in some ways, you’ve performed so well here and won the tournament, what is the feeling being back here in melbourne.
I: メルボルンはどうですか？多くのプレーヤーが長い休養を経て，開放感のようなものを感じていることと思います。以前あなたはここで素晴らしいパフォーマンスでトーナメントを勝ち抜きました。メルボルンに戻ってきてどう感じているか，教えてください。
N: For me it feels really nice, um, whenever I come here I feel the energy of you guys. Um, sometimes, I know last year or two years ago, I said that I really like your Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oi Oi Oi chant.
N: とても気分が良いです。ここに来るといつでも，ファンのエネルギーを感じます。去年か2年前，ファンのみなさんの “Aussie Aussie Aussie, Oi Oi Oi” という応援が好きだとわたしは言いましたね。
N: Oh my god. did it get longer or something I don’t remember it being that long.
N: こんなに長かったでしたっけ？（笑）
I: You like the accent?
I: このアクセントが好きなんですか？
N: Yeah, honestly I remember the first time I came here when I was 16 or 17, um 18? I was just watching from the stands and I loved like clapping with everyone and it was super fun so I just hope that you guys are having fun watching the matches when you’re around and stuff.
N: はい，わたしが初めてここに来た時，あれは16歳か17歳，いや18歳かな？わたしは客席から試合を見ていて，みんなと一緒に手をたたいて応援するのが楽しくて，大好きでした。みなさんも，試合を観ながら楽しんでくれていると良いなと思います。
