「成田詣」
成田山にお参り 御護摩祈祷 〜 なごみの米屋總本店敷地内の お不動様旧跡庭園内に湧く「不動の大井戸」の不動の名水の採水を楽しむことのできる コースをご紹介したいと思います。（1時間半〜2時間程度）

I would like to introduce a course where you can take a Shinshoji Temple Gomakitou（It is ceremony to ward off bad luck ）& Fudo（＝acala） water from the Fudo-sama historic site garden on the premises of Nagomi Yoneya Sohonten. (About 1.5 to 2 hours)

①なごみの米屋 門前店は車でくるのにぴったりの大きな駐車場を完備した店舗ですのでまずは門前店にご駐車ください。（なごみの米屋門前店にてお買い物をしてくださったお客様は無料で駐車いただけます）

御護摩祈祷とは？
成田山新勝寺の御護摩祈祷
御護摩祈祷では護摩木という特別な薪を燃やして心願成就を祈ります。この時燃えさかる炎は【不動明王】の智慧（ちえ）の炎です。この炎で参詣者の願いが込められた護摩木を燃やすことにより、参詣者の祈る心とお不動さまが人々を救うために発せられるお力が一つとなり、お不動さまのお力を授かることができます。成田山では寛朝大僧正が御護摩祈祷で平将門の乱を鎮めて以来1000年以上もの間、毎日欠かすことなくお勤めされています。
What is Gomakitou?
Gomakitou at Naritasan Shinshoji Temple At the Gomakitou, special firewood called Goma wood is burned to pray for the fulfillment of one's wishes. The flame that burns at this time is the flame of wisdom of [Fudo Myoo]. By burning the gomaki with the wishes of the pilgrims in this flame, the praying hearts of the pilgrims and the power of the Fudo to save the people will be united, and the power of the Fudo will be given. お不動さまとは？
お不動さま（不動明王）
大日如来が姿を変えて現れたのがお不動さまです。お不動さまが右手に持っている剣を利剣（りけん）といい、迷いや邪悪な心を断ち切ることを表し、左の網は羂索（けんさく）といい悪い心を縛り、善い心を起こさせることを表します。背中の炎は迦楼羅炎（かるらえん）と言い、インドの伝説の鳥である迦楼羅の形をしており、あらゆる災難障害を焼き尽くします。足元の岩は磐石と言い硬く大きな岩で、揺るがぬ心を表しています。
What is Fudo Myo-o?

The sword that Fudo-sama holds in his right hand is called Riken, which represents cutting off hesitation and evil, while the net on the left is called Kensaku, which binds bad hearts and awakens good hearts. The rock underfoot is a large, hard rock called banjyaku, which represents an unshakable heart.
御護摩祈祷は予約などは不要です。時期によっては混み合うこともございますので余裕のあるスケジュールで動きましょう。
Check the times for gomadaki .Be sure to check the latest information as it changes depending on the season! No reservations are required for gomadaki. Depending on the season, it may be crowded, so please move on a flexible schedule.

門前店から歩いて10分もかかりませんが受付のお時間を考えると 最低でも30分は余裕を持っていきたいところです。
私も参加させていただいた時は1時間前に門前店を出発いたしました。
中を見学しながら行って10分前にお堂の中に入りました。
It takes less than 10 minutes to walk from the Monzen store, but considering the reception time, I would like to have at least 30 minutes to spare.
When I participated, I left the monzen store an hour ago. I went to see the inside and entered the hall 10 minutes ago.
The approach road is narrow and cars pass, so be careful when walking!
④いよいよ御護摩祈祷に！
お寺は神聖な場所ですのでルールに従って行動しましょう。
④Finally, gomakitou! The temple is a sacred place, so let's act according to the rules.
総門から入り階段を登り受付を済ませます。
Enter from the main gate and climb the stairs to complete the reception.
Don't forget to wash your hands and mouth at the chozuya!

護摩木祈願も参加できます。こちらも受付でお願いして護摩木を購入し例のように記入し、それを持ったまま大本堂の中に進みます。
You can also participate in the goma-ki[wooden stick] . I also ask at the reception to buy a goma-ki, fill it in as in the example, and proceed into the main hall with it.
大本堂向かって右に進むと看板が。こちらに本堂への入り口があります。

靴は脱いで上がります。
Take off your shoes and go up.
本堂の中、空いている場所に座ってはじまるまで待ちます。携帯の電源は切っておきましょう。中での写真撮影は禁止ですのでご注意ください。
30分程度で御護摩祈祷は荘厳な雰囲気の中終了いたしました。まるで心が洗われるような時間です。私は火の中に雑念を入れて燃やすようなイメージで
意識を集中！！
ご祈祷中はお坊さんの指示に従ってすごします。
Sit in an empty spot in the main hall and wait for the performance to begin. Please turn off your mobile phone. Please note that photography is prohibited inside.
After about 30 minutes, the gomakitou ended in a solemn atmosphere. It's time to cleanse your soul. I put my thoughts into the fire and concentrate on the image of burning! !
Follow the monk's instructions during the prayer.
終了後、本堂から出て私の場合は受付でお願いしておきました御護摩札を受け取りにいきます。 場所がわからずスタッフの方に教えていただき、御護摩札お渡し所にて受け取ります。 本堂を背中にし左側の方（三重塔の方向）にお渡し所はありました。（時期によりお渡し場所が変わります。御護摩札引き換え券をご確認ください）
After the ceremony, go out from the main hall and go to the reception desk to pick up the wooden tag that I asked for. If you don't know where it is, ask the staff to tell you, and pick it up at the the wooden tag handover place. With the main hall behind you, the handover office is on the left side (in the direction of the three-storied pagoda).(The delivery location changes depending on the season. Please check the goma fuda exchange ticket.)
お札と一緒に、御神酒と、御供物の御干菓子をいただきました♪
Along with the the wooden tag, I received sacred sake and dried sweets as an offering.
⑤御護摩祈祷を無事に終えて、続いて、不動の名水を汲みに【なごみの米屋總本店】に向かいます。なごみの米屋總本店の敷地内にあるお不動様旧跡庭園内に湧く「不動の大井戸」の不動の名水。採水場所が一般に開放されているため、そちらに向かいたいと思います。
⑤ After completing the gomadeki, head to [Nagomi no Yoneya Sohonten] to draw Fudo water. Fudo water from the Fudo-no-Ooido, which springs up in the Fudo-sama historic site garden on the premises of the yoneya Sohonten. said to be made using immovable water. Since the water sampling place is open to the public, I would like to head there.

駿河屋さんのうなぎの捌きを見学。成田には老舗鰻屋さんがあるので、こちらも楽しみの１つですね。

⑥いよいよ不動の名水を採水していきます！
なごみの米屋總本店の中を通って 羊羹美術館の先にお不動様旧跡庭園内の「不動の大井戸」で採水ができます。

無事採水までして、まぜよーかんをいただきながら、参道をぶらぶら 門前店まで戻りました。1時間30分〜2時間程度のショートトリップ。
