9/21 Friday Night!! And Saturday!!

Yesterday, I went to an Okinawan restaurant with my boss and my colleague, and we had a drink for the first time in a long time. I drank habu ball which was made by mixing habu liquor with soda water, and it was indeed strong alcohol.
I don't have much time to talk with them during the working hours every day, but yesterday I enjoyed talking with them about many things in a relaxed atmosphere.
After that, we went to karaoke. It's been a long time since I went to karaoke with someone!

Today I went to a psychiatrist and took my blood pressure as usual. The blood pressure was 88 over 54, and I said to myself, "Too low! Am I alive?". After going see a psychiatrist, I went to Yokohama and ate a delicious croissant at LE BIHAN for lunch!
