Q.What carrier and shipping method?

A.We will deliver to countries that support delivery by EMS of Japan Post.


Q.What kind of shipping method is EMS?

A.EMS is the fastest international mail service that allows you to send documents and parcels weighing up to 30 kg to more than 120 countries and regions around the world safely, simply, and conveniently.

Q.Can I specify the delivery date and delivery time of the product?

A.We cannot do it.
However, it may be possible to specify the date and time after the product arrives at the delivery country, so please contact the company in charge after the delivery country.


Q.When will the product be shipped?

A.We will ship within 5 days after payment is confirmed.
Please note that we cannot respond to holidays and Japan Post's holidays.


Q.Can I track my parcel?

A.Yes you can.
After shipping, I will give you the tracking number. After shipping, please use the tracking number to check the transportation status.

The customer is responsible for communicating with the delivery company after shipment.

If necessary, please contact the shipping company to receive the package.

If the package is returned to us due to a long absence or lack of contact with the delivery company, we will charge the shipping fee and resend it. (cancellation is not possible)
