沖縄そば屋はほんと〜うにお店によりけりです！
Okinawa soba shops really vary depending on the place!
冲绳荞麦面馆因地而异，每家都有不同特色！
ここはこってりとあっさりが選べて、コッテリを選んだのですが
At this spot, you can choose between a rich broth or a light broth. I went for the rich one,
在这家店，你可以选择浓郁的汤底或清淡的汤底。我本来想试试浓郁的汤底，
売り切れたからあっさりね
but the server told me it was sold out,
但服务员告诉我卖完了，
ソーキそばのあっさりにトライしました
so I tried the light broth instead.
于是我选择了清淡的汤底。
