皆さんは自分の働きの価値というものをどのように考えているでしょうか。かりに月給が10万円の人であれば、10万円の仕事をしたのでは会社には何も残らないことになります。私は自分が10万円もらっていれば、少なくとも30万円、できれば100万円ぐらいの仕事をしなくてはいけないと考えます。そうすれば会社に金が残ります。その金は会社だけでなく社会へ還元されるわけです。会社から10万円もらって8万円の仕事をしていたなら、会社は2万円損ですから、そういう人ばかりだと、その会社は潰れてしまいます。会社に働く者としては、そういうことを絶えず頭に置いておく必要があると思います。
