【Cisco UCS】cold boot/ warm boot

Cisco UCSのvKVM上でサーバを再起動する際、以下の2つの選択肢があります。しかし、どういった違いがあるのかよくわからなかったため調べてみました。
　・Reset System  (warm boot)
　・Power Cycle System (cold boot)

それぞれの違いは以下については以下でした。

・Reset System  (warm boot)：
　→ Reboot the device (no power off)
・Power Cycle System (cold boot)
　→ Shutdown and power off, then power on device
