スタートはマリーニが抜群のダッシュを見せるもホールショットはマルティンが譲らず。

一方でポイントリーダーのバニャイヤ🇮🇹(Ducati)は6番手スタートから一気に9番手へ後退。周回数が少ない(=勝負所も少ない)のでバニャイヤは苦しいスタートとなりました。

レースは残り3周、ここでM.マルケス🇪🇸(Repsol Honda)が動きます。ベッツェッキ🇮🇹(VR46/Ducati)を抜いて5位へ浮上。扱いの難しいRC213Vで奮闘を見せます。

さらにファイナルラップではオーバーランしたA.エスパルガロ🇪🇸(Aprillia)のインを突いて4位へ浮上！

最終的にはマルティンが後方に1秒のリードを築いて完勝。スプリントレースに限るとこれでなんと5連勝！
日本のプロ野球界では日曜日に強い投手を「サンデー○○」と呼んだりしますが、マルティンは「サタデーホルヘ」ですね！

最終的にマルティンが12ptを稼いだのに対してバニャイヤが7位3ptに止まり、このスプリントを終えてのチャンピオン争いは18pt差に縮まりました。

日本勢の活躍としては、YAMAHAはクアルタラロ🇫🇷が11位、モルビデリ🇮🇹が15位。HONDA勢はM.マルケスが4位と健闘、ミル🇪🇸(Repsol)が12位、中上🇯🇵(LCR)は序盤で転倒がありながらもレース復帰し19位でフィニッシュという結果となりました。
日曜日の決勝は雨の予報も出ており、一体どんな戦いになるのか？
