はじめまして。
I'm "PEPE" and I have been in management for 6 months.
マネジメント業務を始めて6か月目の”ぺぺ”です。
I work hard with about 20 members for our clients every day.
メンバー約20名と日々お客様のために奮闘しています。
I would like to share with you some of the characteristics of the members, the books I am reading, and the difficulties I encounter in management on a daily basis.
少しずつメンバーの特徴や、読んでいる本の話、日々ぶちあたるマネジメントの難しさについて、NOTEしていこうと思います。
I hope that veterans will observe how pompous beginners struggle and will give us an opportunity to learn what kind of thinking and what kind of way of effort one of young person tries to put forth.
ベテランの方は、ぽんこつ初心者がどうあがいているか観察していただき、いち若造がどんな思考で、どんな努力の方法で頑張ろうとしているかを知る機会にしてもらえたらと存じます。
