ゴールデンウィークがついに始まりましたね！！！
岩見沢市内の阿弥陀寺で「みる・とーぶとMAYA MAXXがやってきた！」展もいよいよ始まります。

5月3日（金祝）、4日（土）、5日（日祝）　10:00〜16:00

みんなとMAYA MAXX展は本堂で開催します！！

今回、MAYA MAXXが展示するのは、美流渡に移住する以前、東京・原宿にあるヘアサロン〈boy Tokyo〉の一角を借りて制作を行っていた時期の作品。
１畳にも満たない窓越しのスペースで、来る日も来る日も描き続けており、
やがて「いいね！」をするうさぎが無数に描かれたシリーズを展開していきました。
それらの１枚には「念彼観音力」（観音様を念じることで救いが訪れる）
と描かれたものがあります。
ポップな色調のなかに、どこか仏の世界を彷彿とさせる感覚があって、本堂という場での展示にぴったりなのではと思います。

大西洋　作品展　「元となる素」無為自然

イラストレーターの大西洋さんが和室の一室で展示します。

“顕微鏡の鏡に映る微細な世界は、魔法のような光景を紡ぎだす。
曖昧な輪郭が重なり合い、もつれた波が幻想的な風景を奏でる。“

「近年、北海道の自然から受けるインスピレーションから「元となる素」というテーマで作品を制作しています。今回の阿弥陀寺さんの展示では、お寺さんの一部屋をお借りして展示させていただきます。
「無為自然」とは作為がなく、宇宙のあり方に従って自然のままであること。
「無為」「自然」は「老子」に見られる語で、老子はことさらに知や欲をはたらかせずに、自然に生きることをよしとした。とあります。作品を制作する態度として、今はできるだけ自分に還元していけたらよいと思っています」。

ユウキマスミ展

イラストレーターでありアーティストでもあり、花をモチーフに制作を続けるユウキさんも和室で展示します。

「花が持つシルエット、色彩の存在感には、なぜだがホッコリします。
人間がもつ花に対するリスペクトは、社会がどれだけ複雑化しても、
変化することはありません。
そんな不思議な花という存在に、少し近づいてみたくなりました。
花にたいするリスペクトは、全ての物事に通じているのかも？
そんな事を考えていると、やっぱりホッコリしてきます」

グルグルとニョロニョロ　ミチクルと遠藤亜未２人展

立体をかたちづくるのが好きなみる・とーぶメンバーの二人による展覧会。
ミチクルこと來嶋路子は、グルグルと模様を増殖させた、
縄文土器の再現制作を行います。
遠藤亜未は、未知の自然への畏敬の念と浮遊感を表現した作品を展示します。

This time, Maya Maxx will exhibit works from the period before she moved to Miyuwatari, when she rented a corner of "boy Tokyo," a hair salon in Harajuku, Tokyo, and continued to draw day in and day out in the space through the window, which is less than one tatami mat in size, until eventually, countless "Like! He eventually developed a series of countless drawings of rabbits that were "liking" his work. One of these paintings is entitled "Nen he Kannon Riki" (Salvation comes by remembering Kannon). Yo Onishi Exhibition "Gen gen gen naru moto" (The original essence)

Illustrator Yo Onishi will exhibit his works in one of the Japanese-style rooms.

"The minute world reflected in the mirror of a microscope weaves a magical scene. Vague contours overlap and tangled waves create a fantastic landscape. "In recent years, I have been working on the theme of 'the original element' based on the inspiration I receive from the nature of Hokkaido. For this exhibition at Amida Temple, I will be renting a room at the temple. MUJI-NATURAL" means that there is no artifice, and things are left as they are in nature according to the way the universe is. The words "Mu-Ishiki" and "Shizen" are found in "Lao Tzu," in which Lao Tzu said that it is good to live naturally, without acting out of any particular knowledge or greed. Lao Tzu said, "I am not a creator of knowledge or greed, but a creator of nature. I hope to give back to myself as much as possible in the attitude of creating artworks.

Masumi Yuki Exhibition

Yuki, an illustrator and artist who continues to work with flowers as a motif, will also exhibit in the Japanese-style room. The silhouettes of flowers and the presence of their colors make me feel warm and fuzzy," she said. The respect that humans have for flowers will never change, no matter how complicated our society becomes. I wanted to get a little closer to this mysterious existence of flowers. I wonder if the respect we have for flowers is connected to everything else. When I think about that, I am still smiling.

Guru-Guru and Gnoro-Gnoro-Michicle and Ami Endo two-person exhibition

This is an exhibition by two members of Miru-Tobu who like to form three-dimensional objects. Michiko Koroshima, a.k.a. Michikuru, will reproduce Jomon earthenware with a multiplying pattern of gnomes and gnomes. Ami Endo will exhibit a work that expresses a sense of awe and levitation toward the unknown nature.
