To people from overseas coming to Japan.
Do you know the dish called sukiyaki?
This dish uses beef, and its unique feature is that it is completed at the guest's table.
You can probably watch this dish being served on YouTube, etc., but it is very distinctive and the deliciousness of the finished dish is one of the most representative of Japanese cuisine.
The beef used in this dish is called Wagyu beef, which is rarely seen outside of Japan.The beef has a vivid appearance, as if it has been woven with high-quality fat, and it is not a processed beef. It is the very meat of the cow called Wagyu.
This beef is very expensive, so sukiyaki is an expensive dish. At a sukiyaki restaurant, it can cost over 10,000 yen per person, but I think it's well worth it.

On this day, I had a feast at a store in Ueno called Ningyocho Imahan.
We started with appetizers, then sashimi, then sukiyaki for the main course, and ended with special egg rice and dessert. It was the most delicious lunch, with a meal that lasted over 3 hours and alcohol was a must.

For reference, I think it cost about 20,000 yen per person on this day.
