Millions flocked to their computers or cell phones to catch what Charlie Ward had to say during the early stages of the COVID lockdowns. They knew that what he announced on his show, The Charlie Ward Show, would not make it into the mainstream news. With his British accent and sly temperament, Charlie has taught, entertained and reassured his audience that the best is yet to come. I had the opportunity to walk with him at a recent event. Fans grabbed his hands as he walked by, men and women asked for photos with him, and phone cameras captured whatever existence of him they could before he disappeared down the hall.

To most, he is a celebrity. To Charlie, he is 【just Charlie】.

Charlie has a specific set of skills : skills that most people don't even know exist in the normal, day-to-day world. When a bank or wealthy person needs to move money from one bank to another, they can't just put it in a box and mail it through the local post office. He must be shipped safely,  he must follow a particular protocol to ensure his safe arrival. Money usually moves in airplanes, and someone has to make sure nothing happens to it from point A to point B. Charlie Ward lived in that world for decades, learning firsthand about all things financial as a result. Now Charlie is teaching us about the 【Quantum Financial System】, or the 【QFS】. If you haven't heard of it yet, you will, and very soon according to Charlie.

Charlie Ward sits down with Rachel from George to answer questions about a new financial system and you'll want to pay attention.

Rachel： How did you become familiar with 【QFS】? What is your background?

Dr. Charlie： I've been moving money for 30 years. He was moving money around the world. I used to love what he did, it was fun. I found out later that he was unknowingly moving money for the new financial system, 【The Quantum Financial System】. I was part of the workers of the foundation, if you will, without knowing it.

Right before COVID came out, I was told by an exceptionally reliable source that they were going to shut down the world economy for a global financial reset. Now, I was told this 12 years ago and I didn't think anything of it. They told me the same thing, seven to eight years ago, but it had more impact in November 2019, when they said that we are going to shut down the world economy next year. This was a high-level ambassador, ambassador of the United States. So, that's when I started making videos about how they would shut down the world economy, even though I didn't know how.

When the virus left Wuhan, I checked with the ambassador and asked if they could shut down the world economy with a virus. His words were : 【Charlie, it's a fake virus. It's not even a real one.】 And he said, 【on top of that, we've got the vaccine, which will reduce the population. We've got 5g, we've got riots, and we've got the alien invasion to back it all up.】 Now, for the audience that has been following me since March 2020, you will witness that statement because I told everyone in March 2020 that this was going to happen.

Rachel： So, you found out that we would have a new financial system. What did you learn about the QFS?

Dr. Charlie： As I was moving money around the world, I suddenly realized that there were two financial systems at play. There were two 【reboots】 at stake. I thought there was a reset, the 【Quantum Financial System】, 【a global currency reset】 or 【a global financial reset】, I thought that was the only one available.

Then when I was doing research I found out there was another one called 【Great Reset】. You are not using the Quantum Financial System. Instead, you are using the central bank's digital currency. I found out in a really short period that one is really bad and the other is good.

Rachel： Give us a few examples. What makes one good and the other bad?

Dr. Charlie： We just saw in Brazil what happens to the citizens' central bank digital currency when governments are in control.

Two and a half million, three and a half million people who opposed the corrupt election result had their bank accounts frozen for protesting.

We have also learned that the intent with the central bank's digital currency is that if another fake virus appears, the government could not only close your bank account, but also prevent you from leaving home by stopping your credit and debit cards, for which could not travel anywhere.

This is exactly what is happening in China and now it is happening in Brazil. It has happened in multiple places around the world. We have had it in the UK. It has happened in the United States, where the people who were near the building on January 6 had their bank accounts frozen. People have been arrested and jailed, even though they weren't even going to go inside. They were just commenting. We're seeing a lot of this, and it's all to do with a social credit score. This is enslaving everyone.

The central bank digital currency, the 【Great Reset】 that was planned, is controlled by banks and governments. The government can see everything you spend and can decide if you are spending too much or too little. If you're gassing up, they might only allow you $50 if they think you're spending too much. Central bank digital currency compliance is Al and underground, and controlled by the government. The government sets the algorithms.

The Quantum Financial System, on the other hand, is all about quantum technology, quantum consciousness. This is something that will surprise people, especially those stuck in a 3D mindset, but Quantum Financial System compliance is off the mark.

This is where it gets hard for people, and it took me a long time to understand, but (QFS) understands the intentions of your heart rather than your mouth. There are people out there who are just talking the talk right now, but they can't walk the walk. This is a journey of truth.

Rachel： What will the QFS system be like? What can we expect?

Dr. Charlie： The quantum financial system means that we will have a phone like an iPhone which is known as a Q phone (quantum phone), and our account will be in our phone. Eventually we won't need a bank account. We will need what is known as "legacy banking" for the next five to 10 years until we are fully through the transition period.

In addition to the money you have on your phone, there will be physical currency known as 【rainbow currency】. This coin will be backed by gold. Your phone currency will be backed by gold. The other system, the central bank digital currency, is not backed by gold and is completely controlled by the government. For the next three to six months, people in the United States will have the option of keeping their US dollar (USD) or they will be able to get a one-for-one exchange with the US bill or 【USTN】, the US dollar bill. US token, which one by one will give you gold-backed currency. There will be people in the United States who will choose to keep the dollar and continue to be enslaved within the system. We will live in a parallel universe with people who are trapped and left behind, and people who have moved on. That is a personal choice.

So if I wanted to send money to Rachel in pounds or pesetas, as will happen in Spain, one peseta token/token will be worth one US bill token/token, and I could just send it to her from my phone and it'll be there in less than one second. But it will come in its own currency because it is one to one around the world that is currency appreciation. Then each country will revalue everything within its country. Housing, infrastructure, food, everything will be revalued.

There is a plan in place for guidance, but everything will appreciate. The Quantum Financial System will allow you to pay for anything and everything from your phone. It will have rainbow currency in notes and coins, but even the notes and coins are backed by gold.

This is already happening in the BRICS：Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa.

Rachel： How?

Dr. Charlie： Because it's controlled in quantum technology on 'Starlink', which are the satellites above us. You need to understand quantum consciousness to control it. You and I know from our spiritual journeys that if you're trying to push for something and it's not right, doors regularly close in front of you and other doors open. Well, quantum technology and quantum consciousness take that to a different level. But that's the downstairs type, if you will.

Rachel： What's next for you? Will you travel to disperse this information, so that everyone understands it?

Dr. Charlie： Yeah, I would say yes, I think I'll be traveling a bit. The next five to ten years will be educational. I think the mainstream media will disappear. I think there will be new information channels because the old system will be dismantled. The old television system will be completely dismantled because it cannot be trusted. They have been lying. There is an old saying: "You can trust a thief, but you can never trust a liar. A thief can change his ways. A liar, you never know where you stand with them."

The mainstream media have lied non-stop, especially during the extremely critical periods of the last three years. We've seen lie after lie after lie, whether it's Ukraine and Russia, whether it's COVID, or the flat tire, whether it's 5G, or the riots... there's been lie after lie after lie.
